Pulled pork special was amazing! I felt like I was in Memphis Tennessee! (Except no humidity) I can always count on Wasatch Back to have fresh food . They make to order everything! Their onions rings are to die for! Ok don't do that! But enjoy the food and get some onions rings!!
Just tried it for the first time today and the generously sized portions are AMAZING!! It is the type of place that Guy Fieri dreams about finding for his Food Network show, so get there before he does and it blows up! FYI: don't just zero in on the Wagyu. Their lamb and beef barbacoa are insanely good as well!!

Google and website both say that you are open until 10 on Fridays. It is 9:30 I walk in and look at the menu for about 5 minutes until someone tells me that you are closed. Don’t know if you are really closed or if the worker is just lazy. I’ll never know how good you r found is because I’m certainly never coming back!
