Had a great stay here! Hotel has been nicely updated, great breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms, great pool/hot tub area, and great location close to Kanab restaurants. Easy and ample parking as well!
I could have easily deducted a star for the breakfast attendant but the room, reception, and location were all perfect. Tina, receptionist, was awesome and helped correct my iPhone issue so I could connect to internet. But the young girl working in the breakfast area the next morning needs to get off her cell phone and come out to check on coffee and things. She was in the back room and had to be asked to replenish coffee, by me, and earlier had to be asked to check on omelets...read full review

Such an affordable hotel, well located in Kanab. The hotel does feel a bit old, and the outside facing rooms will hear the noisy street right outside. But the rooms are clean, they have a microwave and a fridge (check the setting to make sure it is not set to too cold as all our stuff got frozen). The free breakfast has two hot items and several cold ones including bagels, muffins, yogurt, and more.
