I have pizza hut about once a year when someone else may order it. It is never something we crave. This is the best pizza hut I have ever had. They make the pizza the way I remember as a kid when it was good. All other pizza huts should come to this location to train their employees.I literally never thought it my wildest dreams I would give a pizza hut a 5 star.

This place is a dump. Do not go here. Good was sub-par and they got our order wrong. Balding long hair dude couldn’t find a menu for us, soda fountain wasn’t working, place was rundown and stinky. They need to bulldoze this place. All the reviews are right but it was the only place open late on a Sunday night and my son wanted pizza.

I was given a time my pizza would be ready. I got there just a couple of minutes after that to pick it up, and then had to wait another 20 minutes for my food to be ready. They are super slow, and don't seem to really care that they have such poor service.Adding to my previous review from a few years back- still terrible service. Twice in a row, the driver couldn't find my address. So they just marked the order as delivered and never called or tried to make it right. The manager was incredibly rude and argued with me when I said that they needed to fix this. Very unprofessional.
Ordered a personal pan pizza and 8 wings with honey bbq sauce for delivery. Wings were pretty much naked. They must be running out of bbq sauce. Would not recommend ordering from this place.

There are no condiments on any table in the restaurant. They bring the pizza out in the box and sit it on our table and leave. I have to go ask for napkins, and they give me paper towels that would be in a bathroom. I asked for salt and pepper, and they told me there isn't any. There was no pizza sauce on the pizza. The worst.

Here’s what you can expect. Ordered a four topping pizza with reward points. Discovered when I got home a one topping pizza. They refunded only the cost of the extra ingredients. Asked if this was a fair resolution they ( manager, primarily) could absolutely care less. Two other pizza places in town I guarantee won’t treat you like this.

Should have read Google reviews, which are universally awful for this branch. Ordered a four topping pizza online using reward points ( which are earned for volume business). Discovered a one topping pizza when arrived home. They would offer only a refund for the ingredients I paid extra for. Otherwise their customer service motto: it sucks to be you. Went in today to see if any resolution might be reached that's fair: the manager could truly have cared less.
