I just got back from Maui and knew I was coming to Layton, so I knew I had to stop at Big Sai's. Great hawaiian food. Solid atmosphere at a great price. Staff is great and overall a taste of the Islands where you'd least expect it!
A coworker and myself were talking about the Loco Moco’s we had while visiting Hawaii a while ago. A quick google search landed on this place right outside the Hill AFB South Gate. I decided to give em a shot, glad it did. What a great little place so conveniently located to the base. SUPER clean inside, great music playing and super nice employees. The Loco Moco was absolutely delicious! Guess I’ll have to go try the rest of the menu!
