I love Marco's Pizza but I will not go to the Ft Lane location again. I had ordered online from work to pick up a couple pizzas on my way home and requested curbside delivery. I got there 5 minutes early and called to let them know I had arrived. The person that answered the phone said they hadn't started the pizzas yet. I told her they were supposed to be ready in 5 minutes and asked for them to be brought out when they were done. Then she backtracked and said they were in the oven. She said that I needed to push the button on the app for curbside assistance. I told her the website said I only needed to call when I arrived and I didnt have the app. Then she said they weren't doing curbside because they were so busy. I was the only car in the parking lot. She kept me on hold for awhile and then asked what I had decided to do. I told her I was waiting for curbside delivery. She said they don't offer curbside and I said I had selected it on the website when I ordered. I asked to speak to someone else. It was obvious by now that she was lying and saying whatever she could to not have to bring out my pizza. After I asked to speak to someone else, she said she'd bring it out but wanted me to know she was doing it just for me and that it's not a service they offer. Right on my receipt it said 'Curbside Delivery.' Very disappointed that something as simple as picking up a pizza could turn into something so unpleasant. If you don't offer curbside, don't have it on the website. Another tip: get employees who actually know a thing or two about customer service and don't lie.

My buddy Sam has been preaching how delicious Marcos pizza is. On Sunday night, February 25, we decided to try it out. Google says the restaurant closes at 10, yet we showed up at 9:30 and were refused service rudely. A tall, slim man started slamming items in the back of the kitchen. He then came to the front and told my friends and I that he "isn't taking any more orders tonight" and his co-worker stood by silently and avoided eye contact. There was a couple in the dining room eating, so I'm not sure why we weren't served. Very bummed out :(Edit: Had the owner reach out asking to message them on facebook or twitter, but their facebook doesn't allow private messaging and they don't have a twitter for this location. Complete joke of a restaurant. Z-brothers pizza and Hungry Howie's are each 30 seconds away and both taste better anyway.

Stone ridge Metalworks

My name is Sam, I’ve been ranting and raging about the quality of this previously well respected establishment until I came in with my buddys on Sunday February 25 at 930 at night. I am usually happily greeted by the great staff but on this occasion a tall slender man rudely refused service!! I know I was shocked as well this place that was once a safe haven from the cruel cold world and turned so cold itself before my own eyes. Heartbroken.

I came in an hour before closure, and their lobby had already been shut down, forcing me to eat at the adjacent bus stop.Employees were nice and friendly, although they seemed to assume I was a door dash driver when I stepped inside.Place is very clean, even behind the counter.

Honestly super disappointed. I ordered a half and half create your own pizza. The toppings were not half and half. They were scattered all over the pizza. I also asked for light sauce and it’s almost like they put double sauce. I ordered the cheese bread and asked for double cheese. Again, almost like they put half cheese. I also ordered (and paid for) extra side sauces and only got one. Not pleased with the fact that I paid extra for things and got less. Not pleased with the fact I asked for less things and got more. The website said my food was “delivered” almost 10 minutes earlier than it actually arrived. Had my husband and I walking up our neighborhood looking the fool to see if it was dropped at the wrong house. I generally love Marcos but this experience put an exceptionally bad taste in my mouth.

They sent me a large pizza and i paid for a extra large and they said they would not refund me my money or make me a new one and i had comapny over. They STEAL YOUR MONEY. the guy that ansewered was rude no helpful..how are you going to say its a XL pizza send it in a large box and it has 8 slices that sounds like a large to me. Bad Business.

I spent 20 minutes on hold to make sure my pizza was being delivered to the right place. The driver didn't even attempt to contact me about where he had to deliver it to. The website didn't even let me put in my address. And the food wasn't really worth it.After this review someone here tracked my number down and called me about my review. I have no intention of changing this. Very unprofessional

Today I ordered one of the new products from Marcos, along with a drink and a salad. When the delivery was made, the drink was not included, so I called the store to let them know that they had shorted me my beverage. Devon was less than kind. I let them know that the beverage was not there and wanted to know what could be done to Make things right., Devon proceeded to tell me that the employee/driver had left the building with it. So I questioned if Devon was accusing his coworker of stealing my beverage on the way to my home. Devon stated that they were not trying to accuse such. I asked to speak to the owner, but one was not in or the manager but one was not in. The food I got was excellent, but I’ve never had more terrible customer service. I would’ve called and complemented how excellent the food was had I not been confronted with someone who was accusing me of lying about whether or not, I received my beverage. What a terrible experience that left a terrible taste in my mouth.
