Very slow service, and when we finally got our food, it was cold. Disappointed.

Great food, portions, and service. Prices are not bad especially when compared to the quality.

24$ nachos... Came out cold. Took 20 min. This place isn't what it used to be. This should cost half for what it is.

Delicious local BBQ place! You can sample the different meats. We got the ribs, pulled pork and chicken. It was all really delicious and they have different BBQ sauces - we really enjoyed the raspberry one.Sides were all really good and you have to get the cornbread!

This was such a fun and cute little place. I got the panther with seasoned fries, mac n cheese, and cornbread. All of the food was really really good, especially the fries and fry sauce!

Good food and tasty barbecue. The sides were nice and they gave us a bonus Valentines treat. This is a casual dining atmosphere. It's interesting that the choice of meat was served in a pile on the platter.

After having our meal plans change we wound up at Smoking Apple. My husband couldn't say enough good things about the food. The cashier and staff were friendly and our food came quickly.

I'm not sure what I liked more, the brisket or Jayla, the girl who helped me. As a southerner, I don't really expect much from a barbecue restaurant in Utah. But this place is definitely worth checking out. When I ask an employee for a suggestion, I don't want to hear a generic response. Jayla was very enthusiastic and made great suggestions. She told me what her favorites were and she even gave me samples. The sweet potato fries alone were worth the trip, but the brisket and cornbread were also excellent!Final ScoreBrisket: 9Sweet Potato Fries: 9.5Cornbread: 9Mac/Cheese: 6Pork: 6Jayla: 10

This place is a classic! We love bringing our family here. Barbecue was amazing. The meals are huge, and the sides are delicious. It’s definitely somewhere we’ll come back to for work lunch or catering. It’s hilarious that the light switches are on the outside of the bathrooms. ?Give Jaelyn a raise!! She’s amazing!! She was courteous and sweet and speedyKid-friendliness: Totally family friendly. We have 6 kids ages 17-1. They were so patient and nice

I like the pork. They offer it any many different scenarios. Very tender and the barbecue sauce is great! It looks like the slow cooker for the meat is outside, the old fashion way, which probably gives it the great taste!

Everything about this place is spot on. The only thing I would change would be upgrading the amount of seating (expanding the place). I’m originally from North Carolina. I have always been more of a rich and sweet BBQ fan and this place knocks it out of the park! I always get the chicken and brisket and have never been disappointed. Their sides are good portions (in addition to their meats) and I appreciate that they provide corn bread or a roll in addition to the sides. Best BBQ in the Utah Valley!

Not cheap, but it was very good BBQ. I got the sample upgraded from chicken to all the real BBQ meats. The seasoned fries and sweet potato fries were both excellent, but they mixed them both in one side tray. It felt like I got half as many of each as I should have. And the parts where the seasoning and sugar mixed together weren't as good. The butter corn and potatoes I would skip next time. The single roll was fine as far as eating but disappointing. For $40 for a one BBQ meal I should have been able to make more than one sandwich. Two people after tip we was close to $100. It was a good experience with my son and fond memories. If you like BBQ, it is worth a visit.
