We had a great experience at Cafe Galleria. Augusto was very attentive and friendly and the experience in one of the alpenglobes was super nice. We went there for breakfast and food was yummy. Will come back.

Brought a huge party of 9 and Dane was our server. Food was amazing, atmosphere was great and everything about this place was great. Price is so cheap considering how good the food was.Plenty of parking during the evening and all around place. Cannot wait to come back. DANE thank you for being such a great server, making the entire party feel welcome, jokes, felt like a good friend.

Reserved an alpenglobe for my date. The first impression which we got is that pictures doesn’t show the clear environment where alpenglobe is situated. We expected to be bit scenic instead of roadside parking. Probably I need to check my expectations!! The service wasn’t as good as other restaurants we have been to. When we were there at restaurant which is cozy, rustic and have elegant ambience, one person escorted us to the alpenglobe. We waited for almost 10mins clueless about how to order food in case whether we need to order at counter or someone would come to take the order. The lights wasn’t working as well. Our waiter came for like once for order and once for bringing the order and the third time they just asked if we want a ToGo box which which was different than we were expecting. We were expecting to be kind of a fine dining but the service wasn’t like that as compared to other Italian restaurants like La Jolla Groves at riverwoods which is only other Italian restaurant one I have been to so not a lot to compare.Food was delicious. We ordered Peas Salad, Garlic Pizza, Chicken Parmigiana and margarita pizza.We drove from Provo which is almost 20miles from our place. The ambiance is good, food is good and service not so much. If you have reserved alpenglobe then there is definitely a privacy but don’t have higher expectations on scenic breathtaking views.

DISHONEST! Bad service. This place only has 4 stars because of the atmosphere is pretty. They put an automatic 20% tip built into the total and then the server added an additional 25% tip on top of that on the touch screen without permission. They didn't even wait on us. They took our order and brought us food and that's all the interaction we had with the waitress until we had to go find someone to bring the check so we could leave. The food was not good. I won't recommend this place to anyone and I will never visit this restaurant again because of the dishonesty.
