Desert and Tropics Health Bar is Moab’s newest gem! Their sourdough toasts are delicious, and the smoothies are just as amazing. I was really impressed by the quality of everything we tried. The smoothies, in particular, were a refreshing change from what I’ve had elsewhere. They’re thick, flavorful, and made with the ingredients they list (not 50% ice!).

I went in to Desert and Tropics Health Bar today and it was the best experience! The decor was amazing and the food was also! The most relaxing and amazing atmosphere! I ordered an iced caramel latte, simply avo toast, and the luxe! They were made on sourdough toast which was amazing! I am looking forward to coming back! Next time I plan on trying a smoothie and/or one of their fresh juices! Thank you for the best experience! Absolutely love supporting local businesses!

Desert and Tropics Health Bar is a cute and inviting place in Moab, perfect to fuel or recover from an adventure. The space is welcoming with low lights and big windows. The menu features healthy, delicious, and fresh items like the Rise & Root fresh juice, the simply avo with balsamic glaze and prosciutto, the purple haze smoothie, the loaded toast, and the Devoted Smoothie. The smoothies are seriously the best in town and delicious even without ice. The food presentation is gorgeous and the quality is absolutely amazing, with lots of thought and attention to detail. The customer service is amazing, wonderful, kind, and sweet. The staff does not sacrifice quality for quantity, ensuring every customer receives the best service. It is a woman-owned small business and a great new addition to downtown Moab. While a bit pricey, it is worth it. Customers are happy to support it, love it, and will definitely come back to try everything on the menu.
