Eggplant Parmesan Panini is great. Love the addition of the bell peppers.

Sandwiches are made with poor quality ingredients. The sandwiches are expensive and made with dormitory quality meats, cheeses, and bread. I would advise you to go to the nearest gas station or grocery store instead.

So delicious! The "Pinch Me" smoothie is the best smoothie I have had in some time. It is so delicious and well balanced. I have honestly been craving it since I had it. The grilled chicken panini is also scrumptious and well balanced! The pickled carrots and pepperoncini peppers were a perfect addition on the side, as was their fresh tzatziki! They were also lovely people. There seems to be quite a bit of underseasoned and overpriced food in Moab, and in many tourist destination towns, but Panini Plus felt totally worth it!

This was just an okay place to eat. I got some type of turkey sandwich with pesto. It wasn’t terrible. Just something I wouldn’t crave or seek. The service was great. The food truck area was a neat experience though.

Absolutely amazing service as well as high-quality, and delicious food. I 100% recommend going here. The staff is always cheerful and the food is out almost as quick as you order it. The best in my honest opinion!

Maybe it was just the sandwich that we chose, but we didn't care for this one. It looked great. It sounded great. But, there were flavors there we just didn't care for. They were not the seasonings that we were expecting.

The Paninis here are amazing and perfect for lunches and dinner! We like getting the cold sandwiches to-go and they are perfect to pack up for hikes! The smoothies are amazing and the workers are so kind! Definitely recommend!

I’m sure my experience isn’t the standard for all visitors but I did think there were some things that could be improved. These aren’t really paninis I would consider them more of grilled sandwiches. I ordered the hot turkey panini but the bread just looked toasted and the inside was still cold. Also the ingredients are a bit different than expected, most of them seem to be pickled which isn’t on the menu. The price didn’t really reflect the quality of the meal in my opinion however my experience could very well be different than others.

Need sandwiches for lunch at the national park? This is your spotJust want a panini for a meal? This is your place. This is a great great restaurant in the food truck park and the owners are great. The sandwiches are excellent and their pickles are great. (Pickles are on the side now in case you read that one review that there's too much pickles in the sandwiches) We got the cold spicy ham sandwich and cold Italian sandwich for the trail and both were excellent and just want we wanted to fuel upTheir kofta and pesto paninis were great and leftovers are pretty good cold too. Smoothies were pretty solid as well. Overall 10/10 couldn't ask for more from a food truck.

We googled quick bites in Moab and settled on this place not realizing it was a food truck in a food truck park. Turned out to be a nice idea and enjoyable experience. That handed us one of those beepers after we ordered and could freely walk around while we waited for our food to be prepared. I ordered the smoky turkey but was surprised it wasn't really a panini. It was more like a grilled sandwich on whole wheat. No complaints but could have been on more of an Italian style bread. The sandwich was delicious. We also ordered a smoothy and a salad and the quality was good. We would eat here again.

We always make a point to visit this food truck when in Moab. The vegan panini is packed with delicious marinated veggies and so flavorful! Seriously, treat yourself to some amazing food prepared by super nice people.

This is a food truck trailer located in the Moab Food Truck park. The Turkey panini was delicious. It's seems pricey until you see the amount of food you get. It was huge! The pickled veggies on created the perfect taste. Service was friendly and quick.

Stopped here for a quick sandwich brunch. Ordered a caprese sandwich. Freshly prepped and super tasty. Loved it!
