The food was amazing! We got the 4 person Asada plate and wow! The meat was cooked very well. The restaurant has an authentic Mexican atmosphere and there was live music. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for great Mexican food and a slice of Mexican culture here in the Salt Lake area!
Decided to check this spot out during the week and was surprised with the fresh, delicious food! They have a diverse menu with a lot of the staples (enchiladas, smothered burritos etc.) And a lot of harder to find stuff, like empanadas! We tried the empanadas, enchiladas and Chile verde burriti and they were all fantastic but the chili verde was the stand out, the sauce was delicious with just the right kick and the pork was tender and flavorful. This placed just changed to a new restaurant! Went to Mi Fiesta a few weeks ago and just this past weekend it was a new place. Decor and workers were all different as well as the sign. No longer serve beer. Bummed about that! I wanted an authentic plate but the waitress steered me away. I ended up getting the chimichanga, which I never would have gotten before. Salsa wasn't great and chips were just OK. Probably won't go back.
