We are visiting from DC. A few months ago we were introduced to mod pizza out in pa. IT WAS A GAME CHANGER for a family with celiacs disease. The cauliflower crust is so good. The fact that you can customize your personal pizza is an added bonus!! This gf pizza is really ALL THAT. WE were so EXCITED when we found Mod in slc. It is one ïf not THE BEST GF pizza around. Awesome pizza. I wish they had bigger size pizzas. The Mod size is 11" and will be sufficient only for one. May be it's the day we were in or not, I wish the oven was cleaner. I could see grease and remains stay on the oven.

It says super fast, which it is not. However, it is super delicious. You can create your own or have one of their suggestions. They have tons of toppings. They have seasonal shakes, which are always good.
