I went there yesterday for a carne asada burrito and won't be back any time soon. I think the cooks in the back were having a competition as to who could make the chewiest, hardest asada with the most amount of gristle, and the winner served theirs to me. They have a reputation for not following through on special orders as well, even if you pay extra.

They never listen! I’m done coming here! I’m allergic to onions and made it very clear no cilantro and onions on my tacos. This is what I got, which I CAN NOT eat unless I want to end up in the hospital! Thanks guys! Maybe start listening to your customers! This happens every single time I come here! When I came back and asked them to fix it and do it correctly they got an attitude and were mad! How dare I ask for what I ordered! SMH

Growing up in Los Angeles, the first tell of a Latin American that knows their food is not very good is that they pretend to not know English very well. But the accent gives it away.
People are great here. Service was fast. But a couple more miles south the Mexican food is far better!

Fix your hours. Says you close at 10pm, but went there around 5:30pm and it was closed.

Well, the website says it opens at 6, the sticker by the entrance says it opens at 6, I get there at 6:10 and the doors are locked and the employee is just looking at me through the window.
If business hours are 6am, you should be ready to serve at 6am. If you cannot serve customers by 6am you should not be publicly informing them they can be served at 6am. Either come into work earlier, and prepare, and be ready by 6, or change your operating hours
Its unprofessional to be late by 5 minutes, let alone 10

The California Burrito and Carnitas plate are excellent 👌
I don’t feel like a very picky person but this kind of sucked. I didn’t even want to finish my burrito because the meat was so chewy, I couldn’t even get through it. The fries were soft and undercooked. Idk just not very good. And WAY too expensive for this quality and type of food.
Also the workers were kind of rude when my wife asked some questions about what was on a certain burrito. Definitely won’t be coming back here.
Google and their signs on the door said it closes at 4pm, came at 2:45 and they denied service arguing they close at 3pm, even tho neon sign was on.
You guys over charge for paying with a credit card. Your little cashiers don’t tell you your being charged more and you have no sign saying so. Then if your total is more than $50 you have to show ID is ridiculous. Real fast food or other restaurants do not have this issue. Burritos are dry as hell and the quality of the food never stays the same. Hot mess. No I do not recommend this place.
My boyfriend and i come here on an average of twice a month. We like the food, however, they lack in customer service. Ever since they hired the new drive thru lady about a year ago, our order is consistently wrong. We order that same thing every time that we go and request that the guacamole be added inside of our breakfast burrito. There was never a problem with the prior drive through lady. The problem is the language barrier. If you're going to work with the public and take their orders should you understand what is being ordered? I think so! We consistently have to park and take our burrito inside to have the guacamole added. What is the point of drive thru? We have gone in and ordered before instead of the drive thru and the employees act inconvenienced. Aren't we paying their wages? Shouldn't we be treated as customers and not an inconvenience? I think this is the last straw, and we'll be going somewhere lse from now on.
