I love the food and environment at Costa Vida, it is one of the best food places that I would recommend to anyone and everyone. First of all the food is delicious and you have multiple options of different kinds of meat and other toppings so you can customize your order to your liking. That way it can be enticing to customers who have all different kinds of preferences. The environment is happy and welcoming with the walls being painted bright colors and the employees eager to serve you. When anyone walks in they can clearly see the bright orange and blue colors that just make the building glow with a happy vibe. The employees are so helpful by putting your food together just how you like it. Customers know how delicious Costa Vida is because they have so many locations all over the US. This shows Costa Vida’s good reputation because when people like something they recommend it to their friends which helps the company be prosperous and grow. i love this costa it’s close to my house and everything. but recently had some horrible customer service experience. As i was checking out at register the girl at the register i think is new she had short hair. anyways she interrupted me and rolled her eyes at me. she also didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. it made me never want to come to this location again. very unprofessional and she needs better training or maybe to work in the back where she doesn’t have to talk to a customer ever. that’s all.

I’ve had a couple of instances at this specific costa vida where I have experienced awful customer service. On this day in particular, I went with my boyfriend to get some dinner. Everything was great and then I got to the register. The lady at the register seemed fairly new since she didn’t have a name tag and only had a Costa Vida Apron on. I didn’t catch her name however. Immediately she cuts me off as I’m asking her how her night has been, and says “what meat did you get” so I told her I got a sweet pork salad. My boyfriend and I were on the same order and as I was going to tell her that he was on my order she spouted off my total. Then I told her that he was on my order. She rolled her eyes and snapped at me saying “well what did he get?” So I told her that he got a small sweet pork salad. Then she tells me my total and as I’m pulling out cash she yells at me and says “the card reader is right here.” So I asked her if cash was okay and she just rolled her eyes again and looked all frustrated so to make it easier on both of us, I just paid with my card. She didn’t give me a receipt and she then told her manager I didn’t pay. So he came up to me and I showed him my bank statement saying it charged my card. We got it sorted out but all I'm saying is don’t work customer service unless you can work well with customers who are trying their best to be nice to you.
