Yuki Yama is truly one of the best sushi places in the world. The atmosphere is always nice, with the nice hum of everyone talking but being able to have a nice chitchat with your table mates. The service, from the people at the front desk, the servers, and the people that prepare the food.. are all super nice and friendly, while being informative and knowledgeable about any questions you have. The food here... is SO GOOD. We always get the gyozas, both orders. And the crispy tuna tartar is so crunchy yet flavorful, which makes it one of our favorite dishes to get there. All the sushi rolls are phenomenal. Miso soup.. incredible. My favorite dish here is the unique wagyu beef that you cook it YOURSELVES on a sizzling rock, and it's so so good!! Desserts, they have the best little cakes in the world, and of course mochi is great. Drinks are always super too. I'm always super impressed with the fresh ingredients and the quality of them, and of course the presentation of the dish's and the amazing flavors and food here. Overall, this place is truly remarkable and I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

We arrived at 9.04pm on a Sunday night. We were very well received. The food was great. We had edamame, miso soups, pork ramen, wagyu beef seared on block of salt and the tuna carpaccio and the yuzu crepe cake. All were great.

An excellent place to eat sushi, but they also have a salt stone waygu that is spectacular, as well as lamb ribs and black cod. Good place to go with

Hands down one of the best sushi spots I have ever been too. The service was amazing and fish options were amazing. We stayed at the Canyons Village and it was very easy to get to the restaurant utilizing the public bus.

Excellent cuts of sushi. It was a little overpriced, but compared to the other restaurants in the area, it wasn't that bad.

I live in CA where the sushi is really good. This was below average. The rice was tough. The quality of the fish was not good.. chewy! I guess If you live in the mountains it probably works. Could not get through one roll…

Nothing special about the food. Service was slow and rude. Did not feel welcome at all. I would advise people to save their time and money and never come here.

Amazing food, ordered the pork ramen and edamame. What really set them apart was the service, they were very accommodating, and gave me a completely new order when my broth spilled in the bag from the lid.

Food was terrible, genuinely the worst food I’ve had in park city. Service was amazing, and the atmosphere was great but I’ll never come back. Very costly and not worth itOrdered 3 apps, ramen and a sushi rollNothing had flavorKaarage had amazing cook, but absolutely no flavorGot robbed at gunpoint paying $20 for 5 flavorless dumplingsSushi roll fell apart on the plateRamen was ordered as an early course and was brought out lastEgg in the ramen was rawBroth had absolutely zero flavorPork belly was over cooked and toughOne plus side was fish quality was extremely high. I cannot discount thatI would not recommend coming here. It’s very expensive and is not worth the cost.

We had a great time. We got to sit in the perfect place on the second floor where we have for the past few years. It's a great place to the wagyu is fantastic and so is the fatty tuna.

Recommended by good friends of ours who eat at Yuki Yama every time they're in Park city. It was fabulous. Unbelievable selection of sushi not available elsewhere. Our server was fantastic as well.
