We arenât sushi connoisseurâs but appreciate great service and delicious food. High marks for both. Would strongly recommend the chefâs choice Nigiri, and the stuffed shishito peppers. Had a couple speciality rolls too: the Mr. Miyagi and Bruce Lee Roy which were delicious. Service was outstanding.

Everything was great. Reservations required. Delicious. Moderately expensive. Black Cod was great. Crispy Tuna Tartare also recommended. Even the edamame was better than normal with a spicy savory sauce. Kids were happy with the California roll.

Our whole family looks forward to our meal at Yuki Yama when we visit Park City to ski. We all order the wagyu beef on the salt hot plate at a main. Itâs simply beyond delicious. Service is great too and the entire meal is a family favorite memory. Every time. â¤ï¸

Good food but not blown away. If this was in LA, not Park City, it would be an average to good sushi restaurant. Nothing outstanding, nothing to set it apart, especially for the price. Our server Lisa was great and pushed us outside the box to order outside our normal dishes Standout dishes were Mr Miyagi & Wagyu Tataki

It's very difficult to get a reservation so we decided to wait until after the lunch rush and walk in. We got lucky so we went crazy ordering almost everything in site. The food here is amazing! Everything was so fresh here! And the best part, they're quick. It doesn't take forever for them to cook the food. From the rolls, to the sashimi and steak, everything was delicious. By far, this was the best restaurant in Park City. Look at the tempura. Have you ever seen it prepared it this way? I love every dishes here! I would definitely come back. For Thinsulin fans, there's plenty of green light options.
