I personally have not lived there: but I have a real good friend who did-with his wife: due to some personal family issues my friend was working out of town for a month-his wife let her daughter, & her kids move in-she then claimed my friend had abused her: not sure how considering he was working out of town, my friends daughter has been really sick & was in the hospital-so every chance he had he was with heras she was not doing well (she almost died-he asked to get out of his lease; as his wife trashed the place-he got all his stuff out -cleaned it & now management is trying to sue him for $1500 dollars. That is wrong-especially since they have re-rented his apartment. How can you not take into consideration the fact that he had a family emergency-where his daughter was in the hospital with sepsis and she came close to death-apparently you don’t care-you just want the money-you have no compassion & the Secretaries are just as rude-telling my friend-that it’s his problem-that is wrong on so many levels-telling him it’s his problem and that basically he should put his rent & the apartment before his daughter: who was close to dying: (thankfully she didn’t die-but she has a ling road to recovery. I was there & so was his brother and sister to help him clean the place and yet all you want is money. Shame on you, I’m posting this-so that others will know how poorly you treat your tenants. I’m sorry but in my world-family comes first-not the all mighty dollar-your greedy.

In August 2023 I decided to move to this place to apartment #228 and although the apartment had its details due to how old it is, I still agreed to live in this place and although the first month I caught 8 mice, there was no detail that could be solved. BUT, in JULY OF THIS YEAR 2024 with all the protocols required by the administration I decided to complete my contract. But wow, we are already in October and there are no traces or answers about my deposit. Their only response in the offices is: that is a matter for the administration.
MAYBE LIKE PREVIOUS GUESTS I WILL CONSIDER MY DEPOSIT FOR LOST, but without first writing down my inconvenience. And of course I will not recommend this place to anyone to live.

The receptionist says that it is mandatory and that they discount the same amount for all residents, it's crazy!!

So bad apartments I have only had for a couple of months and I have water leaks in the room in the folder my room is a case and I have a 4 year old girl who is getting sick, the boss is never there and does not solve anything, she only gives orders to open the wall superficially and then cover it with a garbage bag, everything is full of moss and the floor looks like a pool

I wouldn’t even give this a one star! They will sue you for everything when you move out. I had many issues with my apartment including other people’s bed bug problems. The management is so rude it’s absolutely disgusting! There constantly mixing up peoples rent and adding late fees, they are so quick to put a notice on your door but never fixing any problems within the apartment. Don’t even bother putting in a work order because they will take 1-2 months to even look at it. It’s not safe for kids, there are cops constantly coming in and out. My car has gotten vandalized there that management just sits back and laughs. There is a lot of drug use there and drug Needles laying all around the trash area! I found burnt tinfoil laying all over the ground. DO NOT MOVE HERE! It’s very unsafe and they have extreme mold problem. I’ve seen notices on my neighbors door for mold or for pest control. Wish Eric the old manger was there he had a lot of things under control but now that he left they’ve completely let that place go. They are slum lords! I am not the only bad review. Pick your home wisely. I know it’s hard times out there and people are struggling. But they will make your life even worse by getting you to sign the deal and be stuck there! It’s not worth your money and the troubles you will have to go threw. I would rather stay at a hotel then live there.

Prior to last month, I noticed that the office has been closing earlier than usual and I was unable to hand my payment in directly. Instead, they left a "late payment" box while mentioning the day for them ends at 5:30 pm. Then proceeded to put a notice on my door to pay late fees or vacate in 3 days, even though my payment was there before. I believe it is unfair to close the office before the actual closing time, especially since there has always been a slot in the door for tenants to make payments before the 6th of each month. I even took a photo as proof of the time. Despite this, the staff claimed that I forgot to put my apartment number on the check which was true. When I questioned this, they said they didn't know which apartment it was, yet they still managed to put the notice on the correct apartment door instead of contacting me. I believe there should be better communication and dishonest practices should not be tolerated.

Im really disappointed when i first moved here i loved it but now they are making us pay a whole bunch of money.They dont fix our stuff. they are also rude its crazy they are also making us pay for other people like girl bye. We also have mold and they dont do anything about it. Honestly do not live here its not worth it. I swear they dont fix anything oh HELL NAH. Most of the comments happened to me and my family most likely will happen to you if you move here. Another thing is that they open the pool only for them and say there still cleaning it.

I have been living in that place for 3 weeks and the apartment has several inconveniences, the tub is covered, the washing machine is damaged, the tank is closed and they still do not give us the key to the mailbox to receive our emails. We called several times and we have gone every day but they tell us that the order is in process and we still do not have an answer to fix and be able to feel comfortable in our new home.

The last 2 years that administration does not work, simply one calls they do not answer or they leave you on hold all day the other is when BA where they specifically the boss says that he does not speak Spanish and they already have several kisses that I have personally seen speaking Spanish no They take good care of you, it feels like they treat you indifferently, like you stink, they should take action with that administration, it's a complete fiasco.
My water heater began leaking on a Friday evening around 9:30 pm. I called emergency maintenance most of the night without a response. Due the amount of water in my apartment and no contact from emergency maintenance I had to call a plumber.
I had to pay out of pocket for the plumber to come and stop the water from ruining the apartment and my belongings. I finally received a call from emergency maintenance around 12:45 am.
Im extremely disappointed with the lack of care and response that this facility provides its tenants. I look forward to moving out and wouldn't recommend the Boulders to anyone.

Honestly I don’t recommend staying here the staff is extremely rude they up your rent when ever they feel like .drugs I don’t recommend having kids here. They don’t care about when things need to get fixed my in-law have had a mold problem for years and they haven’t resolved it I am relieved that I never got in this place and my in-law are moving out .this place needs to get bulldozed

Residents at the Boulders act like they own the whole place. I've had 2 people just walk into my apartment, I didn't know who they were they just scoped the place and left without saying a word. One talked to my little girl while my husband out. I called out for my husband and the man who was talking to my daughter ran out and slammed the door after this we always keep the door locked. Someone even threatened girl because I wouldn't let him get near her.

Since I have moved in the boulders 2 years ago I have had roaches and also have had people kicking writing racist slurs knocking on my door it's a shame that you can just live peace I'm not doing this reveiw to just say anything I'm doing this because the problems needs to be fixed.Ok yeah they have sent an exterminator out but that still hasn't solved the problem because they still are here and it's becoming a nuisance that I can't relax after a hard day of work without chasing some animals or critters around and I didn't accumulate them on my own.So until the problems are solved that 1star is it for me
