First stop in a beer hop downtown. Was quite disappointed that no one greeted us, or even said hello. And it wasn't even busy. The menu was much smaller than I remembered, but I hadn't been here since before 2020. Very small selection of ciders and gluten free options. And the menu didn't really call out what was gluten free. Would definitely recommend a revamp or redesign of the menu.

Great selection of beer if you can get service. At least 3 times we have walked in and waited over 15 minutes to be served and didn't even have someone come to check our IDs. We gave up and walked out going to another bar. They weren't busy but seemed preoccupied with other groups of customers. In one of the cases we even had a non-employee try to help us by grabbing menus and handing them to us. It makes you feel as if there are only certain people they will serve and that they ignore some customers in hopes they give up and leave. It's weird since I'm used to people acknowledging us the moment we walk in to an establishment. It's a nice historic building with a great selection of beer if you can get service.

Cool place. Very welcoming. Great service. $3 drafts on Mondays. Wow. All Utah craft beers on tap. They need to update their description though - there’s no kitchen. I came here for a real meal, so that was very disappointing. They have sandwiches made nearby. The tuna was great. The roast beef was not. The bottled beer list is a very well curated domestic craft affair. The very few foreign beers are nice to see and those few on the list are classics. Recommend they add more Belgian, English, and German beers, at a minimum, to reference the classic styles so people have a baseline to compare the domestic craft beers to. That’s part of being a great beer bar!

They don’t have food alex pet for some sandwiches that sell out pretty early but they do let you bring in your own and the restaurant two doors down does deliver there as well. Prices were fair and the selection was huge. We will be back for sure.

This is and has always been my favorite bar in Salt Lake. Their drink and beer menu has everything that you could ever want. They have a good selection of sours. I can’t imagine someone going there and not being able to find something to drink. It’s unfortunate they closed their kitchen because they used to have delicious food, too. Either way, I still love this bar.

I liked this place because it wasn't overly loud and my friends and I could have good conversation without having to overcome noise issues. The bartender friendly and polite and recommended a local beer that I loved! I am definitely going back there when in Salt Lake City.
