So much character. Decorations and food are on point..going to be moving to an even better location I think. Right behind La Diana in Rose Park.. it's a shame someone bought the current building and is giving them the boot. took many years to make that place as cool as it is. you ever got a chance to walk back there before, you know what I'm saying.

Great market with lots of variety in the kinds of Mexican food they have. I love coming here!

The food has changed. Tortillas used to be homemade and now they’re just like the store bought ones. I paid $5 for gross tortillas. Thanks Rico.

The best Mexican food in the west of the United States!!!!!!!

Just back from my first visit since the restaurant emerged from the ashes of Frida's Bistro, which may have just been a little ahead of its time. Great lunch - super friendly staff, 5 star service, and outstanding food. Everything my large group ordered was fantastic, emphasizing the difference between slapping together generic Mexican food components and really taking the food and the details seriously to come up with something really special. We got a chance to chat with the owner a bit and learn more about the restaurant which was a treat. Highly recommended!

Went there today for my first time. I had a wonderful experience the food was delicious the staff was great the decorations inside are beautiful. I had the Al Pastor tacos and black beans and it was amazing. The margarita was refreshing and reminded me of the margaritas and the Velvet Margarita in Hollywood. Love the location and had a great time. I will be back very soon!

I never went to whatever this place used to be. I'm glad I didn't because I can give this place an honest review! We have wanted to check out this place forever. We always pass it on our way to Kiitos. This place was really cute. Fun artwork on the wall and a great patio (was not set up when we went). The service was on point and omg the queso was soooooooo good. I ate all of it. I got tacos and they were super delicious. Nice little lunch spot.

The food is really good and the margaritas are creative and so good. I cannot for the life of me give this place more than three stars even with the good food because the service is the worst I have ever experienced. That's bad. Really too bad because it's a cool place. We waited and looked at our appetizer for a good ten minutes before the waitress realized she never brought plates, napkins, forks, chips to eat the appetizer. We waited so long for water. Waited so long to put our order in. Just seemed very inexperienced and didn't know the menu at all. Then said they were closing on a Saturday night at 9pm and asked if she could bring us our check. Awkward!!!

Didn't care for the food or service. Forgettable to just bad. Patio looks nice, might be ok for drinks and appetizers.

My husband and I LOVED Frida Bistro. It was our go-to for great Mexican food. But since they have been taken over by new management, the resto has suffered. The service takes far too long, and the food isn't as great. I dont know if they are cutting corners with ingredients, but their chocolate cake (which was our favorite!) tastes like something I could buy at Walmart. Fish was served cold and after an hour of waiting. Who likes cold fish?! Tamale was broken in many places and presentation was sad. If you want good Mexican, go to Red Iguana or Chile Tepin. This place is no longer any good.

Everything we had was great including the margaritas. We’ve been to Frida’s several times and had a variety of entrees and appetizers and have always been pleased with the food, atmosphere and service. Staff are helpful, and friendly.! They do not have a children’s menu but their chef custom made some incredible burritos just for our grand daughters.

Fun. Colorful. All in good taste. A casual, lively setting and solid food with attention to making each dish special. Good flavors, many created in the factory attached next door. Top notch and knowledgable service complements the experience.
