Checked in. They assigned me a room that was already occupied. Walked to a screaming woman. Went back to front desk and the manager (Weston) acted like it was my fault. Finally got to my room checked my bank account and found that they had double charged me for incidentals. I went back to front desk. I am currently staying at the hotel and it is amazing, the staff are so nice and friendly. The rooms are amazing and most importantly it is quite around the room areas. I have no complaints and if I were to every come back to Utah in the future I would come and stay here again. The pool was nice me and my cousins had lots of fun, I have yet to check out the gym yet but i am pretty sure i will be happy with it. It was a good hotel over all. The only thing i would change is the way the front desk people interact with customers. Alex was not rude but he was not very welcoming. Never explained anything to me about the wifi or what was not available due to covid. However I did hear him telling a male guest all of that info, so it seemed weird. Your tone and body language speak volumes. Again the hotel is general was great and the free Uber because there is no airport shuttle is nice...
