Got stuck with a 6 hour layover in the D concourse at SLC. What else to do but feed my face with a slice, (actually the whole pie! This is a serious travel delay!). ...& I couldn't be happier! I ordered the Hearty Italian paired with a locally crafted Wasatch Brewing Devastator Double Bock beer. High quality lighter fare. Good if you are looking for something like a caprese salad, a martini and some jazz music. I have eaten here a few times. Good if you are looking for something more refined than pub fare.

This place in SLC airport is really good. I always try and have a glass of wine when here cuz I can now (grew up here when alcohol was under lock and key or membership). NO iPad menu, sat in front of the cooks who were actually COOKING the food, and you could see it happening. I recommend this spot!!!
