UPDATE: They close at 3pm everyday from what I was told by the gentleman today. My first time going and was a little disappointed because I wanted to enjoy the place but couldn't. Please change your hours on Yelp so other people don't get the same experience.

This place is my aesthetic to a T. It's in the same place as a bar that opens at night, and has a view out of these french doors onto the street that makes me feel like I'm in a hole-in-the-wall cafe somewhere in Europe. This place was suggested to me by Google and I'm glad for because I wanna bring all my favorite people here. If you've seen my reviews before, you'll know that I have a very high bar for a good latte. This place nailed it, and did it more cheaply than any other cafe I've been to. It's also not bad for a light lunch; I got this savory pastry with an egg and hashbrowns baked in. The egg yolk was such a beautiful texture! Not over easy or cooked hard; just a little runny. 100% worth the tricky parking, but I would suggest parking at the Gateway mall and taking the short walk. Parking there is free for the first hour, and $1 the 2nd hour. Perfect place for sitting and enjoying a good coffee on a day off.❤

Automatically fell in love with La Barba Coffee the moment I walked in. The atmosphere is perfect. I'm normally in and out of coffee places. I had to sit down and get some work done. The vibe was great, coffee and latte here is great. Menu is sweet, simple and delicious. I like that there was meeting rooms or private rooms to work. I can't wait to bring others to meet here. Perfect space and coffee spot to get work done or hang out. Indoor and outdoor seatings available. Very clean and well kept.
Free WiFi, friendly staff. Very small place, only 3 tables, and 2 charging ports. Don't recommend sit in if you have large party. share space with the bar next door, not easy to find parking space. Okay latte, terrible americano, very sour. The coffee taste blend. Price is okay, latte is a little overpriced though for its quality

I happen to sumble upon this place when I was around the block doing something else. It's such a cute little place , with extremely friendly and patient staff (Roberto was super nice!). The Mocha that I tried was fantastic. Not too sweet, but just perfect level of sweetness!

There was one person sitting near the window doing some work. I was in a hurry and ordered my drinks to go. I wanted to try several things. I had a latte and a cold brew. Since the cold brew was bottled, I figured I would save it for later in the day for that afternoon crash.

There was one person sitting near the window doing some work. I was in a hurry and ordered my drinks to go. I wanted to try several things. I had a latte and a cold brew. Since the cold brew was bottled, I figured I would save it for later in the day for that afternoon crash. The latte and cold brew were very good. I wish I had time to there and enjoy my drink. It was my last day in SLC and I had to stop by that morning. Parking was easy that morning. Not sure what it's like the rest of the day or on weekends.
