My favorite part of Utah. Wish we had momi in Denver. It is by far better than any other mochi donut shop I’ve tried.

Went in mid-day and they were unfortunately out of stock of most of the flavors. I still liked all the flavors I got but wish most of the options were available. The lady at the counter was nice.

An absolutely treat! These light chewy donuts are so fun to eat and it's very easy to eat 2 or 3! There are a variety of flavors and there are gluten free options which was really appreciated. Every flavor I had was amazing. I'll definitely visit again!

Who would have thought you could find mochi donuts in Salt Lake City? Momi's donuts are delicious~ Totally recommend their green tea donut!

These are so good!!! Would be way more worth it if they weren't so pricey though. $30 for a dozen is ridiculous. If they lowered their prices a bit I'd bet they'd get way more reoccurring customers!

Mochi donuts! Both the Strawberry and Churro flavor did not disappoint. For those curious how they compare to regular donuts- they're similar in flavor but a slight chewier texture. They also don't feel like you're eating air (I see you Krispy Kreme).

10/10 recommend. I am allergic to yeast so this is the first doughnut I’ve had in what seems like forever! I hope this place never goes out of business!

Donuts were delicious!! Donuts can be hit or miss for me, but I love the balance of these. The dough we not heavy, more on the airy side. The glaze was flavorful and not overly sweet! I wish there was indoor seating, but that's probably not their goal.

Hours show incorrect on Yelp, and on the door. They were closed last Saturday at 5pm, and don't answer the phone. Waste of a drive to not end up getting mochi donuts.

Such a cute spot in the gateway! I have always wanted to try these. The moment I saw this place, I had to pop in. They had a variety of flavors and styles- donuts and bars. I loved the texture and flavor! Yum!

We tried a couple of doughnuts at Momi and loved them! The texture created by the rice flour is unique and satisfying. The glazes were good too. The customer service was great and overall our experience was good. I don’t think I’ll be back because of the prices. A dozen doughnuts is over $30, and for the product size, I’m out. I recommend this place as a destination spot to try something new.

One of a kind donuts. Soft, crispy and chewy in one bite. Great twist of flavors and my favorites are the cookies & creme and guava. Great for once in while treats because they are a bit pricey....but worth it. Go early because they sell out of the popular flavors quickly!

I got the matcha mochi donut, and it was pretty nice! Lightly crisp exterior and soft, fluffy, and chewy interior. It was not too sweet and relatively light. I didn't get much matcha flavor, however, as there isn't that much glaze on the donut. Overall, I think Momi is a good place to go for a nice treat!

Just drove clear from Murray and they're temporarily closed so i recommend calling before going out of ur way because they haven't updated their Yelp: Hope to try in the future.

If you've never had mochi donuts, the crisp exterior and chewy texture of each bite will be a nice change of pace from your regular doughy donut. The price point here is high ($30 for a dozen). Also, the flavor options are not as vast as other shops, but Momi is unique for the SLC scene with no others offering the mochi variety that I'm aware of. I've had the matcha, cookies and cream and strawberry that were all pretty good, but the flavors are on the light side. I recently tried the Thai tea and I thought I was given a glaze because there was no hint of thai tea whatsoever. This place is more like 3.5 stars for me, but is still a nice treat once in a while.
