Ordered a pizza, garlic bread sticks, wings. On my side we placed our order at 10:22 I called at 11:30 asking where the order was they said on the way at midnight I tried calling no answer they obviously didn’t read the drop off directions. I went to the neighbors and my order was on there porch. I Opened the bread sticks a cockroach was crawling around my bread I then opened the pizza and there’s two cockroaches crawling around the box.

Just about every single time I get pizza here they put the sauce cup on the pizza.
I honestly can’t figure out why? It doesn’t save time. It’s not easier. It just smushes the pizza and adds more cross contamination. It’s not once or twice either. It’s literally every time.
It just doesn’t make sense.

Very bad service from the store employees including their manager. I have been waiting for more than 35 minutes for the order and when I asked, they treated me with disrespect and rudeness. Maybe on another shift they will be more cordial with customers, but on this one they are very disrespectful.

I ordered an online pizza order yesterday 10/12/2024 for carry out came to pick it up and my pizza’s and cheese sticks when I got home they were flat as a pancake not sure what’s going on. Used to be my favorite pizza place sad it has gone down hill. I will go spending 30+ dollars somewhere else

I also had a bad experience with Josh. He said he didn't have my order and yelled at me and hung up on me. Then not even 2 minutes later our pizza for delivered. You should not be in customer service if you can't handle customers.

This by far is the worst place to order a pizza. I ordered a couple of pizzas at about 10:15 pm on a Saturday night. The approximate delivery time was 10:50. I didn't receive my order. I called the store around 11:00 pm and the guy named Josh told me that it's still out for delivery. And he can't do anything about it because doordash is delivering the food. Now keep in mind that the website says delivery until 12:00 am. He told me that he just got done cleaning up and he refused to remake the order. He told me that he's just going to void my order and I should get my money back in a couple of days. This is not how you treat paying customers. Especially when the order was paid in full. I recommend going anywhere else
First thing I heard when walking in this store was immediate swearing about me walking in, yes you may be busy slightly larger manager but doesn't mean you can try and turn away customers by saying a 45 min wait and not taking anyone's orders who were waiting for 10 mins, will just go the extra mile and a bit to the next closest one which had 1000% better customer service while seeming to train someone new, not the brand just the store itself is a massive disappointment will never go back to this location.

This is the 2nd time at this location. Both times I never received my delivery order. The 1st time was almost a yr ago to the day. I never even received my money back! Now it happened again after thinking maybe it's under better management, but nope! I've been charged for it already and been waiting for 2 1/2 hrs! This is the worst papa John's in the state! I used to get it all the time before I moved here now they have made it to me never ordering anything from them again!!!! And I will tell everyone I know to do the same!
