Extremely rude woman working the register. Really don't need that energy in a cancer hospital.

If you guys open at six, you should be ready to serve people at 6! Not start getting everything ready at 6! I was there at 6:05 am this morning and they were barely getting things ready. I would really like to get a coffee before I have to start work but when they don’t start serving till 6:30 it doesn’t give me any time. Also last time I got a sausage bacon wrap it was still cold in the middle!

Call ahead before going. Says they are open 24 hours but they can close randomly. Closed on 1/11/2 for the day.

Great Starbucks and friendly staff. Beautiful location at the pointe in the huntsman hospital. Sometimes runs out of flavors and pastry.

Everyone is always so kind to me which makes the misery of cancer better. But I only put four stars because YOU NEED TO BE OPEN ON WEEKENDS. There are still people at the hospital on weekends!

Has to be the busiest Starbuck’s in Salt Lake; almost always a line. Despite this, good, quick & friendly service. Standard Starbucks drinks & food.

Grateful for the hot drink on cold nights while waiting at the hospital. Staff and food/drink were warm and comforting.

Having to live out of a hotel for three weeks while a family member gets cancer treatment is very exhausting. This Starbucks was conveniently in the Huntsman Cancer Institute and the drinks were consistently perfect! If this Starbucks was near my house- I would be at this one every single day! I had an iced venti extra caramel, CM or a vanilla latte with whip- both types of drinks were made perfectly. They were very kind and speedy. My only complaint is having to charge customers a $1 for a cup of water (not bottled).

The hospital lobby is a light, hopeful space and Starbucks is just off the main space. Nearby is a grand piano and it is frequently played by Utah professional pianists. I was at the hospital (my husband was a patient) for 3 weeks and don't recall seeing the same pianist twice! So, enjoy a coffee and relax to the music.
