Waited about 25 minutes in line with only 3 people ahead of me, and then another 30 just to get one grilled cheese sandwich. Only good thing is the prices are very reasonable!

Came here on a mid Monday afternoon wanting to get some simple drinks with my partner. Was frustrated with the customer service when both the order doors were shut and we were actively ignored by the staff member at the order here section. We were the only ones at the cafe, it would've been different if it was busy. Barista didn't seem like they knew what they were doing in the slightest, and the only milk options available were soy milk and half and half. It's a fine cafe for being in the middle of a bird sanctuary, but I definitely wouldn't consider this a main attraction by any means. Save your time enjoying the rest of the sanctuary instead.

Good prices, awesome food, and a great stop while you are walking around the park. Julia and Dez are always so happy to help me out and make the perfect grilled cheese.

About 3 years ago i was at this park came with my 2 years old daughter to walk. My daughter was thirsty she ask for water went to the window asked for a cup of water the young lady said sorry you have to pay, of course I don’t mind to pay but my wallet was in my car all the way the other side of park I’m writing this even 3 years later just because whenever I remember this I feel sad and shame. I just can’t believe there’s humans like that. But the good thing is I learned a lesson now I own a small business I offer free water or other drinks to the all delivery people and for those customers who waiting for their to-go orders with NO charge :)

I’ve enjoyed the food in the past. This time I had the dole whip ice cream. I highly recommend as it is super affordable and super tasty. It’s awesome that you can access the cafe without entering the aviary. I will definitely be back and I recommend you try.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly with proper seating and food options.Parking: It’s located in the Tracy aviary and in liberty park. There is plenty of parking. And you can access the cafe without entering the Tracy aviary which is convenient.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables and ordering window are easy access points.

First off, everyone that works here is fantastic! Always kind and helpful. The disappointment comes from them not having food options for vegans besides dole whip. Also it’s kind of dark that they are at an aviary, but have all sorts of bird based food options. You would think they would have more compassion towards the animals they care for there. The coffee is ok. Dole whip is great though I’ll give them that.

The wait was ridiculous!!!

A little misleading as you need a ticket to the aviary to access the lookout. Also, there's no bathrooms...

Hot chai was just what we needed on a very cold night at the Aviary!

Just a cold sandwich with chips, pretty decent, but expensive.

The employees are so nice and their prices are very reasonable even if you drink alternative milks because they don’t upcharge a ton! Make sure to bring cash for tips, they don’t take card tips but the employees sure deserve it! I had the London fog and it was delicious, I will definitely make this part of my trips to liberty park from now on
