I've stayed here many times over the years, and it's generally just fine. However their Bistro site says that they open at 6, but it's actually 6:30. I decided to wait in the room with a fireplace adjacent to the Bistro, and there's an employee sleeping on the fireplace. What's the correct rating for this place? How could it be anything less than a 5?

I wanted to grab something to eat/drink in the morning before checking out of my hotel, and due to limited options nearby, I decided to try out The Bistro. I went with a cappuccino with oat milk. They serve Starbucks coffee and also have a variety of breakfast foods like parfaits and sandwiches. Everything is pretty pricey for what it is, and I didn't feel like paying $10 for a yogurt parfait so I just stuck with my cappuccino. It was solid but definitely nothing special. If you don't have the opportunity to eat somewhere else, The Bistro is a solid choice but very pricey for what they offer.

Overpriced breakfast sandwich served in a cardboard box with no fruit side anymore.

This place is conveniently located near many of the hotels by the SLC Airport. Service was great, friendly and very accommodating. The patty melt sandwiches were bigger than what I'm used to. Needless to say they give large portions! The food was very delicious!

The chicken/ jalapeño/ garlic/ Monterey Jack cheese quesadilla was 5-star scrumptious, best I ever had!?The honey garlic chicken wings swimming in sweet sauce were excellent. Simple menu made it easy. Wash your hands before you eat & after you eat this delicious finger food. ?Mgr Danny was just delightful! ??

It’s as if I was eating at a very different place than described by other reviewers. The staff was not friendly or accommodating. The menu was basically burgers, beef sandwich, fries, and a chicken Caesar salad. There was some type of chocolate flan thing for dessert. No sides at all. The dining area was unappealing. Sorry, if you are going to be staying at the Courtyard or Residence Inn, be sure you grab a bite somewhere else first or order in.

Not sure how the Marriott and Starbucks brand could allow this kind of product and service. After ordering two americanos, an avocado toast, and a breakfast sandwich we sat for several minutes (on disgusting dirty dated chairs) to then be informed they were out of avocado. I switched to the breakfast sandwich like my partner. Our coffees were never were made. They served us the sandwiches and my partner had to remind them about the coffee. We were the only clients. The breakfast sandwiches that were given to us were inedible. In place of an English muffin, a stale hamburger bun that reminded me of a kitchen sponge set in concrete. In place of turkey sausage, bacon shoved to a one inch corner of the whole sandwich. The fruit cup that accompanied the sandwich? Old shriveled blueberries and honeydew melon that would appear to have been prepared over a week ago. Didn’t touch the rest. Concerned for food poisoning at this point. Glad we spent $30 to essentially throw away food, which Marriott and Starbucks allow by proxy of allowing their employees to deliver such a poorly executed item. Does no one take pride in their product or job anymore? Clearly the young employee taking our order and making the sandwiches couldn’t care less...unacceptable. I get better sandwiches at Subway for $5.

Tasty but service was very slow (although helpful and kind). It seemed like maybe just food prep was slow
