Our experience was weird. The moment you walk into the shop the smell is awful. Not sure what it was (maybe just the older building) but it was off putting. Our interactions with staff also weren’t good (inattentive and not friendly). We were the only customers when we came in too.All that to say the ice cream was great (my understanding it comes from Rockwell Creamery) and the oatmeal cookie tasted good but extra dry. They had options to sit outside thankfully. Would I be itchin to come back? Not particularly. But mostly because of our initial experience coming into the shop. Hence the reason for 3 stars.

Yum. Great price for a great dessert. I ordered the lil bro which was 2 fresh baked chewy cookies with a scoop of ice cream in the middle. I chose oatmeal cookies and honeycomb ice cream. Did not disappoint. New favorite dessert. Highly recommend. Inside the building there was a weird smell. But it didn’t ruin the tasty treat.

Not sure how they have so many five star reviews. Went last night and all four of us put our dessert in the trash before we finished it. The ice cream was okay, but the cookies were really doughy. Not good at all. And they didn’t have any drinks to wash it down with. On top of that, it smelled inside. Bad all the way around.

Cookies were doughy…but not good doughy. The ice-cream was good but I can get that at many other places. The building needs major tlc and shouldn’t smell like an old persons home inside. They don’t have any water bottles or drinks. Overall not impressed and don’t have a clue why they have such good reviews. We traveled a long way and it was disappointing.

After reading the Yelp reviews, I was ultimately disappointed with the ice cream. The staff were young and not terribly communicative or charismatic. The ice cream was too soft for my taste and the cookies were pretty undercooked.

I LOVE penguin bros!! They use Rockwell ice cream which is some of the most high-quality, creamy and smooth ice cream I’ve ever had. Their cookies in my opinion beat out any of the huge doughy cookies you’ll get at …. certain successful cookie chains. The cookies have more of a homemade vibe, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. I really enjoy this place and come by way too often. I also like that you can get a day-old dozen of cookies for $5, such a great deal.

If you don’t know what a pizookie is, you HAVE to come here! If you do know what it is, then you still have to come here lol. My husband and I love getting the pizookies, which is a combo of a warm, half baked cookies, topped with ice cream. So simple, yet so delicious! They have done this to perfection every time we come ? if you just want some ice cream too, all their flavors are always so yummy! And they don’t have so many options where it’s overwhelming trying to pick a flavor. It’s also super cute inside! If you’re in the mood for some dessert, this is the place :)

I had the most outstanding experience here tonight! The girl who helped me was not only adorable and friendly but answered all my questions with making me feel rushed or silly for asking. The sandwich was delicious and we will be back for sure! She was so great I had to get her name, thank you Emily!

Super cute shop. It's clearly a little older, but the ice cream sandwich options were great. The cookies were soft and served warm with the ice cream in the middle. So good.

Penguin brothers did a great job for our wedding reception, they brought a cute pink truck and the cookies were delicious! Something to know - the catering pizookies are much smaller than the ones at the store, and they make them on the spot. We ordered 250, and I’m glad we didn’t do more because they probably wouldn’t be able to make more than that within 2.5 hours. Overall, we were happy with their service and the yummy treats!

Delicious ice cream shop with some fun options. We tried a pizookie with two ice creams, one of which was honeycomb! I believe it had real honeycombs in it, and was delicious. The staff were really nice. The shop is really bright and fun, and there’s ample seating. Fun spot to try unique desserts.

I had their pizookie because who doesn't love a warm, half baked cookie topped with ice cream!? It was close to closing and all they had was an oatmeal cookie which was actually quite delicious!! I topped it with their biscoff ice cream.. and although I feel like there was much more cookie than ice cream (3-1 ratio) i highly enjoyed this dessert! I would have liked them to offer us additional toppings. It was our first time and i had forgotten that you can add whipped cream and caramel drizzle.

These ice cream sandwiches are in a league of their own. Awesome high grade cookie that is soft and slightly under cooked to perfection. The cookie pair's well with the gourmet ice cream. These are also reasonably priced for what you get. Also nice they are open late!Highly recommend this place for ice cream sandwiches

Fun little spot! After years of driving by wondering what that cute pink building was, we finally stopped by. We had the Ron Burgundy and Golden Snitch. Yum! I'd love to see a better balance of salty and sugary. It was a sweet-on-sweet situation for both sandwiches that will surely be enjoyed by those with a MEGA sweet tooth!

Offensive, both in business and in taste. I tried a sample after staring at a case of old freezer-burned ice cream for 5 minutes hoping one might taste okay, it was awful (like truly gross). I decided not to purchase anything and left disappointed. No dessert was better than that dessert, that was for certain. Somehow, either while there or shortly after leaving, I received a very creepy soliciting text from them. I did not sign up for texts or loyalties, I didn't even swipe a credit card! What a violation of my personal space! I'm not sure what was more offensive, the quality of the food or the soliciting. Is this even legal? I definitely will not be returning here or anywhere else utilizing this crooked advertising agency "getlovage". Not a happy customer.
