1) This Walmart is extremely trashy (customers) and most of the items gets ransacked by said people so items are hard to locate 2) At least half the employees can't speak English. 3) The returns closed at 7!!!!! No Walmart I've ever been to closes that early - LAZY

*DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE*A year ago we had no problems ordering a birthday cake from here but this year we tried to order a cake online and we called in to see the status of our order. Someone would answer the phone and quickly put us on hold and we would wait for minutes with no one answering. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt (because they might’ve been busy) but we called throughout the day and same result, someone would pick up the phone and quickly put us on hold. We tried again the next day, same result. To sum up don’t order from here because they won’t answer your call. If they are too busy to answer a simple question then apparently they have enough business so we’ll go somewhere else.

They lowered the return time on their televisions from 90 days to 30 days.

Never put order online to be pick up. They sent me the e-mail to confirm that I've put the order, they said I have to wait for another e-mail to confirm that the item is ready to pick up but I've never got it, I was checking on my e-mail everyday because I need to use that item asap, after that about 4 days they sent me the e-mail that my order was cancelled because I've never pick it up even I'm still waiting to confirm from them. They give me the refund with out ''Walmart protection plan' that I've already paid for it even my order has been cancelled.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS GARBAGE. I have a major bone to pick with this location, and it just happened TODAY. I get that with COVID special precautions and measures need to be taken. I will GLADLY oblige and do what I'm told to do my part. I ALSO empathize with essential workers, as they have a large role to play. With that said, excellent customer service due to the above should NOT be lacking. Especially over something basic and simple like a SHOPPING CART. Shopping carts on both entrances were nowhere to be found. I did the next thing and asked for help. I was told by the man at the door that the carts are SUPPOSED to be there, to check the other entrance. When I explained that I had already done that, he reiterated where they were SUPPOSED to be. When I asked where I could get a cart, he told me to go outside and get my own cart. It wasn't his job to do that. I walked away, and asked SOMEONE ELSE where the shopping carts were. Same answer. She told me where they were supposed to be. It took me asking two more crew members, before a manager got involved and TEN MINUTES after I arrived before I was given a shopping cart. If customers are expected to obey policies and be extra understanding during this time, I expect the same from staff. We are dealing with an unprecedented amount of stress and turmoil. Why ruin an innocent Walmart essentials shopping trip (a rare occurrence for this anxious depressed soul of mine) just because you hate your job???? The correct answer would have been to tell me they didn't know, and help me get the answer/cart. Not give me an attitude and treat me like absolute crap.

The issue with Walmart, especially this location is that many of the workers have no clue where anything is at, the app in most cases can help you find stuff faster than finding an employee, however that doesn't mean that the app is always correct either. Many times if it says it's in the store they don't have it in stock or it's been placed in the wrong area, just as an FYI to save you a trip if you're looking to talk to customer service they are only open until 8:00 where the store is open a couple hours later. That might save you some gas, because when I looked it up on Google it didn't give me a different time for customer service in the store. Unlike other large retailers customer services open as long as the store is open. It also doesn't help that once you do find an employee they have to ask 15 other employees to find out what they probably should know.

for the most part great customer service in terms of weather u enjoy asking for help and in response getting a shrug of the shoulder, or getting rerouted to another unknowing sales floor rep.

Employees at this Walmart are very well spoken, very well educated, and this Walmart's inventory management system that pulls from Walmart.com is always accurate. This store is always clean, and the store shelves are stocked and well managed. Wait, what am I saying.... none of this is true!!! Stay away for your own sanity.
Absolute garbage of a place. Worst experience ever, I do not recommend anyone with at least one ounce of self respect and self worth to shop here. A truly horrible business.

They never and I do mean NEVER answer their phones. Hit or miss when you ask an employee something if they will know the answer. Many employees do not speak good English and just look at you helplessly. This is Walmart I only go to for a quick forgotten item. I would much rather shop elsewhere

This is for Walmart Pickup. This is the second time I have had to wait over an hour for my pickup order. Unfortunately this location lacks leadership. I'm sad to leave such a review but people need to know if a location is okay to function below standards, please go somewhere else. You don't want to waste your good money and time having a less than mediocre experience at this location. I hope this location can change their management around. I believe everyone has that capability if they really work at it.

I've never liked going to The Walmart unless I have to! Never again I don't care what It is! They don't care about customers in any way they would rather stand around and talk then help! All I needed from them is a price match for there on-line price which was our of stock but they did have in store stock you would think they would do that even If you had the print out with you to get the price Wrong! Not only did they keep sending me customer service(waste of time) Especially the Fake red haired girl and the old man that sounds Russian! And then I have to talk to two other's and then they want to prove me wrong by checking for them selves on-line which they do find the same thing which I have in hand but there trying to say It's the wrong item even thought It's the same item #! So after an hour with all of this I never received the price match on the item I found and printed out! So customer service is out Price match's are out General care for people are out and whole store needs a hazmat cleansing form employee's Crack head that are outside and who work there Nothing is worth going to any Walmart ever again I my lifetime!

The most chaotic and hopelessly inefficient Walmart.... ironically located on Hope Ave. I don't come here all that often, and when I do it's usually to pick up a couple things that: 1. I know exactly which aisle to find and 2. how much they go for. Whenever I break these two simple rules, I end up wasting a lot of my time and often leave empty-handed of what I came here to find. I don't even ask store employees for help and if you have ever tried that here you'd understand why. Back in the days they had those price checkers that made price-checking mislocated products somewhat easier but they took that away too. Surely they don't really care about your shopping experience or at the slightest want to try to improve it. Their deli workers are the worst people I've dealt with, not friendly or helpful and borderline rude just putting in the minimum effort. They couldn't tell us how much a pound of something is until we tell them the quantity so they can put it on the scale and find out the price... what? To be fair, I can't blame them entirely since they don't get adequately compensated for their time but why would these people want to work in customer service? Walmart is subpar in general but this location is beyond hopeless
