I love Cafe Rio. Asked for them to fold my quesadilla properly and they never did. My son had to cut it with a plastic fork and it stained his jacket. Cafe Rio used to have top notch service. Maybe it’s going down hill fast.

Horrible service, unprofessional, extremely slow I waited 40 minutes to get my food. All they do is talk and talk and play around. The people here are unserious and don’t take their job seriously. DONT COME HERE.

i got a vegetarian salad and it was so gross. the rice tasted just like a straight pound of butter and their vinaigrette dressing tasted like straight oil. i could only eat 3 bites before i threw it away. never going to this location again.

Made the mistake of ordering a pick-up order on the app when we were about 2 minutes away from the restaurant. Ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our order to be ready compared to what would've been 5-10 minutes had we just waited in the physical line when we arrived at the restaurant.

We go to cafe rio every couple of weeks. The last 6 times we went the chips were softer than chewing gum...completely stale. They really started skimping on the steak too. They are now sprinkling a couple pieces of steak on the burrito or the salad. It must be a new policy because every employee is doing it. Less than half of the steak than usual and we have been going for years so we have a lot of experience to compare against. It's not the employee's fault that the chips are always stale. They need a better way to make chips last. They are clearly getting exposed to moisture from the kitchen so the staff would have to turn out a new batch of chips every 5 minutes to prevent this.

Disappointed with both the atmosphere and food. Ingredients weren’t fresh and they were thrown together carelessly. The result was a watery salad. It was honestly kind of a mess. The meal was shoddy and the restaurant was in poor condition. The ingredients seemed to have been left out for a while. Management may be overlooking their restaurant condition and undervaluing their customer base. Kind of a shame. Cafe rio could benefit from some professional help. I will not be back.

Cafe Rio chain so there's that, I like the food. - Wonderful staff and quick/accurate service. Ice machine has been out for 6 WEEKS! Really need to get that fixed - otherwise 4 stars.

ASIDE from having to wait in the line for fifteen minutes, the food, the atmosphere, the service is all really good. We really love the salads here! It all taste so fresh. It can be more pricey depending on how many people are with you but the portions are large! And it is all so tasty, plus it's made to order so you get exactly what you want!

My to-go order was wrong for the second time this week and when I asked the woman serving the To-Go orders about it, she said the extra side I ordered was at the bottom of my salad. I checked right there and it wasn’t. When I went back to the counter to talk to her she just ignored me. Luckily there were two other employees who noticed what was going on and went above and beyond to fix the situation.
