I went through the drive-through.No waiting. I had a coupon that they said they didn't use at that restaurant, which surprised me since it came in my mailer. They said it was only good for Hurricane, UT, and not St. George or Washington, Utah. The guy was nice and said he did have a coupon, which was a dollar less than mine, so I used itThe hamburger was excellent, but fries were a bit soggy. Diet rootbeer was good, too.
Quick fast service, friendly but on occasion they might have you move to the front and wait another 10 minutes to make it look as if the drive through has quick service but 9 times out of 10 this isn't the case. It sometimes seems faster to just go in and order then go since now drive through isn't priority, it's the food delivery person who is top priority these days.

Pretty typical dining room layout for a fast food restaurant atmosphere. A little retro style and the restaurant was clean. I went when it was quiet so I can't vouch for how it runs when it's during high traffic times but service was prompt, food came hot and ready. I haven't eaten A&W for years but it was a positive experience overall. Met the hunger needs. Fries were good.
