With fast food places I always rate them in the context that it's well, a fast food place.We came here on a rainy day early evening on a Sunday and were the only ones dining. Got orders in and food was to our table lightning fast.Only hiccup was the coke was out. I noted it to the the staff and they got right on it. Seems the machine malfunctioned so they quickly remedied that by replacing my small with a large from the drive through fountain.I never judge places for not offering...read full review

It's pretty exhausting being told to pull up past the window. I pretty much never want to go to chains that consistently do this. The service is guaranteed to suck, but at least your metrics are good, I guess.

Ordered the new cheese steak and it was absolutely disgusting. Didn't look anything like the picture and tasted like it was made with fake cheese. The staff is solid here and took care of me despite the bad experience with the sandwich.
