Promptly deleted a previous negative review I had left over a year ago after visiting tonight. I showed up at 8:45pm with low expectations that most items wouldn’t be available so close to closing, especially after previous experiences. I was wrong about this as I had asked what was still available, trying to be open to a very limited menu but after checking, to my surprise, everything I had hoped for was available. Aside from that, I was very impressed with the staff who had helped me, specifically someone named Jay (I believe), who had taken my order. I had assumed that with me showing up so last minute and with them preparing to close, it would likely be an unpleasant experience but Jay was extremely accommodating and friendly to me. Almost all their soups were still available and the kitchen staff went out of their way to make me a panini sandwich, even after having shut down the grill presses. Was very happy with the customer service tonight and felt some credit was definitely due.

The quality of food at this location has really declined. I got the southwest salad and it was mostly lettuce. Horrible. I had to throw it out unless I only wanted lettuce for dinner. Same with the sandwiches- mostly lettuce

I have to be honest I felt ripped off after going here. We got 2 “Large” salads and 2 “bowls” of soup and with tax it was like $51. The “Large” salads were not very large especially for the price and the “bowls” of soup were much smaller than I would expect for what you pay. Then they ask if you want 1 or 2 dressings and charge you more for the extra dressing that you won’t even end up needing for that not so large salad. Personally I don’t think I could justify going to kneaders again after this. Just seems like you can get much more for much less pretty much anywhere else.

Wow Kneaders service is going downhill. I bought 3 brownies and this is what I get. This is NOT 3 brownies. When I call them the response is “well you can come back” that’s unacceptable and these “3” brownies were over $9 and this is what I get. Highly don’t recommend this location.

I am pleased every time I go :-) the sourdough is a very good option for gluten-free people. I also love the rewards points on the app, they are great for when you go here often :-)They weren't the most attentive. They also blew my mom off when she said it was her birthday. She hadn't put her birthday into the app yet...they could've at least acted like they cared....

Food is great. I do wish they would get meat on the whole sandwich and not leave huge parts with just bread but the turkey cranberry sandwiches delicious. A lot of cute stuff to buy and overall I really enjoy this place?. Don't leave without at least one loaf bread. Oh and their pumpkin anything is delicious.
