So I ordered a Valentine’s Day pizza and I put light sauce but they literally put no sauce barely any toppings. Everything just fell right off not only that the ends where burnt so I called to get a new pizza and they delivered it 30 to 45 minutes later basically still the same way just cheese on top was harder, I was so tired by the end of the day with keep getting wrong pizzas that I didn’t even call again. My kids couldn’t even enjoy their favorite food. Very disappointed.

I usually get my orders from the location on 5400 S, off of Redwood Rd. I honestly do not know how I managed to get this location! The calzones were burnt!!!! They ended up in the trash! The pizza was ok. I will pay better attention to the lication next time I order!

Don’t order delivery from these guys. They say they deliver it to you but they never do and I called and Jody could care less. She hung up on me. All I wanted was my money back and to never order from you guys again she was being rude. You guys were the ones who messed up.

Bad service I couldn’t pick up an order because of policy. I was requested a bag to pick up the order and couldn’t get one from the store and had to cancel a delivery. Please be advise you need a bag to pick up.

This exact location when I ordered online it was suppose to be the papa johns on 3300 s 700 e yet it is gunna take 2-3 days for my money to come back on my card but I have hungry kids to feed. Very frustrated father of 6 boys I would never eat here again and I’ll be updating my review every week so it sits at the top until I get what’s owed from the franchise
Just okay, cost goes up and quality goes down. Progressively getting worse over time. Do not waste your money on their boneless wings, they are trash!!!

These guys are amazing they are shirt staffed so they use doordash for help for some reason I was double charged and door dash picked up my order and then canceled right after they caught what happened called me and sent another pizza super fast then reimbursed my money back very friendly and helpful and on top of things to catch this mistake made by door dash they were not at all at fault but still made things right I recommend this location to all my friends
