The manager "Cameron" hung up on me twice and wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to find out where my order was. I called back later only to get gaslighted by him telling me that he had transferred me to door dash and didn't actually hang up on me. Twice. I called corporate and filed a complaint, but who knows if that will go anywhere. It was honestly the worst experience ordering g food I'd ever had. It took 3 hours to get one pizza.

Due to the other reviews I decided to go into the store to place my order lol The staff was awesome and the food was great. I ordered two pizzas, two pasta's, a melt and a some mini cinnamon rolls. They got all of my special requests right and got the food out fast! Great job y'all

Unfortunately in order to right a review you have to give a star. This place gets ZERO stars from me. My husband and I ordered the special 2 medium 2 topping pizzas with wings and bread sticks and they took our card info and was told $28.57 but charged the card $35.67 and said it will be delivered in 40 min and after an hour and half we called and was told we never ordered. That they never took our order or card info so how is it I knew they took $35.67 from my account. The manager Cameron told my husband that the order was never processed and hung up on my husband

I made an order picked it up came home and 2 of my pizzas wasn't pan, so I called them back and they credited me for the order of pizzas that wasn't correct! Simple, friendly and prompt action towards correcting the issue is what I'm grateful for!

We used to love this location but it has gone so downhill in the past month we won't be ordering from them every again.I attempted to order last week and the delivery time changed from 40 minutes to 80 minutes. I did call and speak with a manager who apologized and refunded my order.Today we placed an order and received an email that it would arrive at 1:35pm, it is now 2:30pm and I just got a text that the delivery will be made by Doordash but will take ANOTHER 20 minutes. I have tried calling the store 4 times and was hung up on each time and I also tried calling customer service who attempted to connect me with the store and was again hung up on.

Ordered placed for pizza & wings at this location at 6:37pm online received confirmation to have it delivered at 7:40 .. called after that and they said it wouldn't be ready until 8:40.. because if no drivers available..!? I did tell them they shouldn't have the delivery time posted .. so i said fine I'll wait.. ok so time came .. I ended up calling after 8:40 the store was closed!! No pizza no call to let me know .. anything .. and they kept my money..!! I'm not ever going there or recommending it!!! I'm going tomorrow to get my money back..!

Ok. I am not a picky man. Especially traveling, on my own, in a hotel room. I am a captive audience - just do the minimum and you have me as a fan for life. I ordered a 17 dollar large pizza with three toppings to watch the nba finals in my room. I swear on all that is good and holy - three pieces had zero toppings. I averaged it out - I averaged 2.5 pepperoni per slice. Who does this!? It was miserable and the worst pizza I have ever ordered and unfortunately eaten (well I ate three slices and combined the toppings on one more). Ever heard the joke "why is pizza like sex - because even when it's bad it's still good". Well those people never had this pizza - no thank you - I would rather go to bed hungry so to speak. I get times are tough. I don't mind paying more. But the toppings and the preparation on this was just poor. The servers were nice but the food just needs to be better. My advice to this locations. Make your pizza better than bad sex and good enough for a husky man who has not eaten lunch to go "this is acceptable". I wish I reviewed yelp before coming to this place. Love, live, and learn.

I received a wrong order. I only received a plain cheese and no marinara sauce when I had ordered a cheese pizza with extra marinara sauce with bell peppers and jalapeños.And when you call to complain they transfer me to the store and I was on the phone 11 min a nobody was answering so how could I complain.

I understand that you guys get busy around dinner time but I don't get why you would hang up on me? I called because I actually wanted to cancel my order since estimated delivery time said 9:14 pm and I didn't want to wait 2 hrs for my pizza. Please work on your customer service or at least hire people that actually want to work their!

Worst experience. Delivery driver was rude and forgot my order of wings. Called store and spoke with manager Colby and was told that because if my complaint I would no longer be able to order delivery from this location. So I guess that explains their one star reviews. ‍

Used to really enjoy pizza hut, but now it's a joke. Every time I order it puts my delivery time as 3+ hours out, and now I have close to 400 points that I can't use because my local store 'doesn't honor this coupon'. It's not a coupon, it's points I've earned by giving them my loyalty as a customer and now, I'm taking it elsewhere.

Ordered on grubhub at 10:30 am with a delivery of 1:25 pm Pizza Hut did not check grubhub. The pizza was never delivered or made for my students. I had 27 children that missed their pizza celebration. My class earned this gift for their wonderful progress in academics. The last day of school really! Really Pizza Hut you sure screwed up our end of the year party.

However on the day of delivery I tried NUMEROUS times to verify 1. That the order was received 2. That the payment and Tip entered was processed. 3. Confirm delivery I tried calling the number listed on the confirmation. NUMEROUS times a guy would answer and tell me he would transfer me to the location. When transferred the phone would ring busy not allowing me to confirm a dang thing. My coworker did received her order but it gave me great anxiety to not be able to confirm the order details as I was the lead person in charge of all our employee luncheon orders. I probably would not chose this location for future orders.
