The food was excellent, if I could I would rate it 6 stars, the pizza was better then I expected, the bread was soft, And cheese you could stretch it, The pepperoni was warm and tasty so was the bacon. The service was great we mes this one employee who made the pizza tasted awesome, when we was waiting for the pizza to finish cooking he was describing us, how was working here, where was he from and that we thought that he was a nice employee, so we decided to tip him a extra 20$ for his generosity. The ambiance of the place looked nice, made me feel like I was a classy restaurant, the flooring of the place made me feel like I was a commercial.

I've been here twice. First time i accidentally ordered pick up. I immediately called to cancel the order and change it to delivery. The workers said they'd cancel the first order and put in a new order. Pizza Hut assured me the first order would be refunded but of course it wasn't and my credit card was charge twice. Second time I ordered delivery. The pizza arrived 2 hrs past the time it was expected to arrive. The pizza was cold and the cheese was hard from being out of the warmer for so long.

So I went inside in the store and I asked him what specials they have it's not what I wanted but that's okay I just wanted a three topper medium pizza for myself I am single there's no way I can eat two pizzas so I did the process they ask my name my address my phone number date of birth social security number Etc laughing out loud so grand total it was $22 for a three topper for medium Pizza oh my God that's outrageous so I went to Pizza Hut order the same Pizza three topper medium Pizza $11 I'm a lot happier but I'm pretty sad because Pizza Hut is a legend there been in business for 4. generations

I ordered 2 times from this pizza joint, both deliveries. First time, they didn't put parmesan on the bread sticks and delivery driver had a rude attitude. Second time, the delivery driver didn't have his mask fully on and was also rude with me and didn't ask if I needed change but instead asked, "Are we good?" No "have a great day." Avoid this pizza hut or perhaps all.

I work down the road. Several times I would order food for lunch. Several times they have messed up the order and not gotten here on time. Tonight was the last straw. I scheduled an order at 7:30pm. App said it would still be another 63-73 minutes. I called at 7:25pm if my food would be here on time for my break. I was "reassured it would be. It wasn't. My break was up. I had to call 3 times to cancel my food. First time I was on hold for 10 minutes. The last two times I was rudely hanged up on. Terrible customer service. Terrible drivers. Terrible food.

The pizza came quickly, but yet again they failed to deliver. Look below at how uneven the pizza is cut and I paid for two extra Cinnabon icings. I paid two dollars for two icings and I got their crappy vanilla icing. Pizza Hut is truly taking advantage of customers because the last three times I have ordered the Cinnabon icing I get their terrible imitation of vanilla, but yet nobody bothers to tell me or remove it from my bill. Just another crappy substitution and another reason to stay with Little Caesars!

Ordered at 8:49 pm. It's now 10:45 and no pizza. Supposedly the driver couldn't deliver it because of construction closed a road at 10:00. But our pizza was supposed to be delivered at 9:20. Someone isn't telling the truth. Stay away from this place!!!

Ordered & Paid Online: 2 - Pizza Dippers 5 - Family Sized Alfredo w/cheese bread (upgrade) 2 - Choc Chip Cookies ...and Tipped 20% ... This is all that was delivered to my door. When I asked the driver, "Is that all?" he ran to his car and drove off. (Andy - I think was his name.) I only got these items (looked eaten) of things I should've received: 4 - Family Sized Alfredo's I called Pizza Hut that night and told them what happened and the shift manager told me that they sent the entire order with the driver. So, I told him that I would drive over to return what I got because I was not happy with my what was delivered. Returned the order. Shift manager was not able to make any of our order because he stated that he did not have enough ingredients to fill it. He also said that I would receive a full refund but that the store manager will assist me with that and gave me the store managers card. Shift manager did not apologize about the situation once and tried to contact the driver who got off after my delivery. {Sidenote: I received the text that order was on it's way and it did not reach my home until 23 minutes after receiving the text. I live about 4 minutes away from the store but my son was not home with the car yet from work at the time of order and we usually do pick up.} It's been over a week (since May 22nd) and I still haven't been refunded nor did I get a call back or reply from the store manager after leaving messages with shift managers in response to the unfulfilled/incomplete order that I received. I emailed corporate on the 29th (1 week mark to give the store some time to respond due to COVID-19) and no response from them either. However, I get daily emails from Pizza Hut about specials/deals for the week. This is not right!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS PIZZA HUT TO ANYONE!!

For 15 years, this was my Hut. They always did a great job and knew exactly how I wanted my pizza. Ordered from there 4/20/20. I ordered a lg. Super Supreme with EXTRA red onions. Got rid of the olives and added pineapple. Also a lg. Pepperoni. Both Pan crust. I picked up my pizza 3 minutes after the time given. The crust on both pizzas was almost dark brown. Had to literally search for onions. And the pineapple was SCARCE at best. There were 2 pieces with no pineapple at all!! Also, just a thought, pepperoni should be spaced and placed evenly. On the ENTIRE pizza. Right? The pepperoni was almost all on to one side. Almost like it had slid. But the cheese was "right". So, that couldn't be the issue. Definitely a bummer. It's looking like I'll have to find myself a new pizza spot.

Read the reviews on here and saw they were months old hoping the owner saw them and changed something but I was wrong. Did my order online and it said it would take 52-62 mins. I thought it was fine because it was 6pm. Called at 7:30 asking about my order and the guy said it was cancelled because they don't make personal pan pizzas. He followed it up with "they tried to call you but you did not answer" I called him out that they did not call me and I have read several reviews on yelp with that same response. They refunded me and I took my business to dominoes. Had my order in 30 mins.
