I love Starbucks in general. This one, the lines are out of control. If you walk in, instead they will help you faster. However they are only focused on the drive-thru. And have made mistakes on most of my orders. I don't like going to this location, for that reason.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp like entrance with out the curb. There's 2 or more designated handy pass, but other parks are also there and flat. Fairly close to entrance door.

I came to this place and when the cashier heard me speak Spanish, she began to treat me in a very despotic way.I made my order in English but his attitude was always terrible, maybe it bothered her that my relatives spoke to them in Spanish. When the drinks were delivered to us, they were poorly made, my latte didn't taste like coffee. Terrible service and terrible attitude.

I was here around 6am in the morning and they were very pleasant and fast. They even brought my bagel to me at the table. This afternoon has been similar- very attentive to what I ordered and made it quickly, handing it right to me. I had hot grande white chocolate mocha both times of the day- so not a simple cup of coffee.

I don't particularly like Starbucks but, I had a gift card. Creme brulee latte was okay but the Snowman cookie was devine! Soft and covered in white chocolate? So good, highly recommend the cookie. ⛄️

Here is the deal, the location has a good atmosphere and is very clean, the main problem is that it get's JAM PACKED, as in literally overflowing with people, because of this the wait in the store and drive through can be long, so if you go here you will probably have to wait a WHILE. ?
