Wanted some sushi and had read about Sumo Steak & Sushi. Made the 15 minute drive from the hotel and was able to walk in and sit down at the sushi bar with no problem. I was given a rather large menu with all sorts of sushi and asian dishes. The menu stated, at least on the sushi page, that the sushi was a BOGO (buy one get one). Nothing to get excited about but seem to be a large number of these little cafes in West Valley. Food was adequate, service friendly and efficient. Nigiri was good, salad fair, stir fry vegs lacked any imagination but was as advertised.
