First time trying 128 Pecan. Went based on reviews. Well, they weren't lying!! This place is great! If you like a great burger, try the Jack's smash burger and parmesan fries. It will not disappoint. The hamburger is so tender and flavorful. The Parm fries are the best!! We will definitely be back. We usually pass on dessert but we had to try the blueberry cobbler and ice cream. It was not overly sweet which we enjoyed. Perfection!!

Me and my friends go here at least once a week and they have always been amazing! The food is always incredible and the service is outstanding! Truly a great experience and an incredible gem in Abingdon! We always ask for Trey, he’s amazing, funny, and always makes sure we have a great time! You can tell all the employees really care about their job and making sure you always feel welcome:) we appreciate you guys so much!!

Never made it to the table. It was my birthday and took me 2 days to decide where to have my birthday dinner. We got there and were told my whole party needed to be there to be seated. Problem, my son may or may not of been able to make it because he works at the prison. Anyway, while they were telling me my whole party needed to be there, a women walks in and says she needed a table of 5, turns out that 2 of her party had been seated prior without the party being there. I was floored. Told the lady how wrong that was to seat that party but not us and then telling her I couldn't reach my son to get his ahead order ( hello, can't make calls to prison to talk and get a food order) so we had to leave. No exceptions not even for First Responders. I am a first responder. Tried to call and talk to manager but he was too busy with dinner. Anyway, Fiddlers was down the street, I recommend the fried chicken. They were very nice, had room and made us feel welcomed. Sorry Jack not impressed. I pray things can improve for you, don't like to see companies fail because policies aren't followed or policies are more important that customers.

The $25 pasta dish comes with Kraft grated parmesean cheese. For a $25 dish, use fresh parmesean cheese. Also, penne was well overcooked. In the contrary, great service!

My sister and I ate here two nights in a row! It felt like eating with family! Trey and Jack were so welcoming and attentive. Both meals were delicious! Fried fish, cheese grits and collards! Oh my!! I wish my town had a Jacks 128 Pecan!

I ordered the Jacks Smashburger but instead got a quarter pounder. Paid $16 for what was supposed to be a fancy delicious Smashburger and fries, but instead came away with what could be undercompared to a quarterpound cheeseburger from McDonalds. This is not a.smashburger. The beef was thick dense and low quality and the cheese looked and tasted like a generic grocery store brand. The fries cold, bland and inedible. The only good thing about my visit was the staff. They were very nice fast and friendly. Unfortunately I was there to eat not make friends.

I have tried 128 Pecan once for takeout and once for dine-in. Both times were delicious. I really enjoyed the roasted cauliflower and jalapeño hush puppies, and my salmon was cooked perfectly. The staff is very kind personable. I will definitely be back!

The food was good. I got the tomato bisque and parmesan chicken over grits. I enjoyed both items. Based on the ratings on the restaurant, I guess I had higher expectations. It didn't have the "wow" factor, but my overall experience was good. The online menu didn't match what was actually offered. Luckily I was able to find a substitute entree.
