I wanted my grilled chicken on a bun and the worker said he could be fired for using a bun before 10:30. I asked the manager could I get it on a bun and she ignored me and never answered me. I had to eat my grilled chicken with egg, tomato, lettuce and mayo on a soggy falling apart biscuit.

Our crew went for dinner break last week. We arrived 30 minutes prior to their closing & most of the staff were cleaning up & prepping for close. Everyone was pleasant & helpful & we never felt like they were upset we arrived so late. 2 of our group ordered crispy fish sandwiches & that took a bit, but otherwise, food was out promptly. My 2 piece chicken was crispy & tasty, bo-rounds were hot & fresh & biscuit was buttery & delicious. This was a great dinner stop & I'd happily recommend this restaurant.

My best friend and I stopped here after a long stretch on the road. We both had chicken strips. I had the mashed potatoes on the side. My best friend had French fries.Although the service was friendly and fast, the food was not as hot as we had hoped. We had to heat up the food, despite our lodging only being mere minutes away from there. The chicken was the main highlight. The appearance of the mashed potatoes threw me off but that's because I'm used to darker gravy. My best friend's fries weren't as fresh as she'd prefer them.I'm not saying that I wouldn't eat there again, just going to chalk it up to perhaps an off night.

The worst service ever. I went there order dirty rice and got a piece of sauage and cup of gravey. The chicken was like wet double batter and put down with no seasoning and had funny taste odd. The bacon biscuit was old and i asked for fresh fries and i know the fries are peecooked or bleached was burnt.I worked for bojangles in the past but this restaurant has the rudes manager on duty I just told her that my order wasn't right and want my money back and she wanted to fight and argue I told her hey. I worked for bojangles in past and a manager should never act like that towards a customer or anyone. This location has too many issues and if can no respect your customer that pays your check how going to get good business to stay open. I don't complain but this was the most awful I ever had .

I work in the fast food industry myself, so I 100% understand being short-staffed and doing the best with what you've got. However, I have tried to get food at this location 3 separate times over the last few weeks and it has left a lot to be desired. 2 out of the 3 visits, there's been NO seasoning on my fries. Not a single bit. The seasoning is what people love about Bojangles fries. Without it, they suck. PLEASE put the seasoning on the fries!!

While doing a lot of traveling it's so nice to visit a place that goes above and beyond a little to make sure your getting fast hot food that was perfectly cooked and throwing in a extra dessert to boot! Very unclean for how empty this place usually is whenever I've come in during peak hours. Last visit the grease needed replacing badly as well as the sweet tea had an awful taste much like a spoiled fruit would resemble.
