Food is not as good as it used to be. The chicken was very chewy & tasted bad. Has definitely went down hill in our area.

We were seated quickly, three servers said someone will be here shortly. 15 minutes later no one came. The four other tables that were seated after us had drinks and had ordered. We finally ordered. Worst service ever!!

Abingdon Va, waitress in the middle of taking our order tells my wife to hold on so she can get coffee for another customer! Then has the nerve to come back complaining about said customer. Rude, slow, lack of paying attention to what is being said while orders are being taken are more common than not at this store. I'm done with this location.

Don't go. Drive the extra few miles to exit 7 in Bristol. The staff was rude and seemed distracted, if you catch my drift. Will not be returning.

The food was good, the wait staff was great. We camped overnight in our camper in their parking lot and the whole experience was very good.

We stopped in around 12:30pm. They were a little busy but no wait time. Place was clean and still has that nice old country feel to it. I had the Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken with mac and cheese and dumplings for sides. The chicken and the mac and cheese were phenomenal! The dumplings had great flavor but they were little strips. I prefer large, fluffy dumplings. Theirs still had a nice flavor. Just a personal preference. I will be stopping by again

The waiter we had,I can't remember his name, it started with a C, but it was his second day, did an AMAZING job!!!! Our food was was delicious. Me husband order the chicken tender that has a Buffalo sauce & I ordered the coastal sampler. I will definitely order that again.
