We went to this restaurant in Bristol va March 11, 2024 and our meatball subs were delicious so today we tried the one in Abingdon va and we should have taken these meatball subs back inside because they were COMPLETELY AWFUL, they were Soggy and doughy, so I'm not sure that I would ever eat at the Abingdon store again, so if you want a good meatball sub from Pizza Plus you most definitely should go to Bristol va.

The employees were very kind and cheerful. The service was was prompt and well the needs to our table was well anticipated.Vegetarian options: The buffet has salad. If you want a vegetarian pizza on the buffet, they will make one for you with three toppings.Parking: It wasn't busy so the parking was completely empty and convenient.Kid-friendliness: Seems like it would be a good place to take kids with big appetites.Wheelchair accessibility: The place is spacious so I think a wheelchair can move through comfort.

Stopped in on my way through town. They had a wonderful buffet. The waitress Lisa or Tina I’m not sure which her name was, was very accommodating and sweet. The pizza bar was hot and the salad bar was fresh. I would highly recommend eating here.

I stopped in to give a review and grab a bite to eat salad bar was clean pizza was 6 out of 10 the waitress was more concerned about talking and sitting down flirting with 2 guys than doing her job . Sweet tea was good I thought the price was very affordable and I'd definitely go back.

I will never eat here again the one guy waiting on some people looked nasty ,there needs to be a dress code running around with a spit bottle in his back pocket ,the employees I assume the girls that were there and took our order they had kids in the back part of the restaurant,like a damn day care ! Your work environment is no place for your children !! bread sticks we're not hardly any cheese and we got our own drinks ,kids kept running around the salad bar I would not get a salad because bit was a nasty mess .pizza plus should be ashamed ,very angry customer

It's a quick place to eat and the prices are good and the service is great. My Wife and I were traveling and stopped in to eat.
I have had a lot better, The steak and cheese sub was cold and had no cheese. The small pizza had no flavor. The bill was over $32.00.I don't think I'll go back.

We arrived around 6:30 pm and were the only people in the dining room. We ordered 2 Calzones. When they arrived they were only a small pizza crust folded over like a pita. They were not closed up like a normal calzone, the ingredient’s were very minimal and there was no cheese in the calzone and what was inside was cold and insulting. When you attempted to cut into it everything just fell out and fell apart. Another couple came in shortly after us and ordered the same thing and theirs was made with no cheese either. The kitchen staff said they forgot to include the cheese. The Calzones were pretty bad and I could not even finish mine as the cold and tasteless ingredients just did not do it for me. We wont be going back.
