We've been here once before. My parents live within walking distance. Tonight's dinner was great. Appetizers and entrees were all good. The chocolate chip cookies and milk were a nice little end. The service was good and the beer was good! Ambiance is great for this wonderful neighborhood gem. I definitely recommend.
Nice little spot with plenty of tv’s. I had the buffalo chicken wrap with fries and my partner had the bbq sliders, and we loved it. Food and service were both great, and I’ll probably make this my new go-to spot for watching hockey games during the week. Hope to come back for trivia night sometime as well.

business has closed. as of 06february2020 no service available. this used to be fireflies. food was great, but business unable to remain opened. consider visiting sister restaurant "live oak" nearby, on commonwealth ave - (north on mount vernon toward dc, left at red light.) also might check out the garden next door, if open.
