I had an extraordinary in this restaurant. We liked the fantastic atmosphere and the menu. The waiters are very welcoming. I’m content we ultimately decided to try this restaurant.
Ernie's is one of the best steamed whole crab joints in the metro area! I've dined in before covid and take out after and they always exceed expectations. Quality of extra large and jumbo crabs is exceptional, tender and creamy, easy to pick. During covid, he brought my order out to the car! When I dined inside before, it was at a casual pace. Place doesn't look promising. It is definitely a hole in the wall kind of place. But the food was very good. I was the only one who was eating here the entire time I was here (during covid restrictions). There were a few delivery drivers who made pickups though. Crab cakes were very good.
