There's something up with this location. Everytime I order here, my sandwich is never done after waiting 10-15min. They're not even that busy. This location is the only one where the service is slow. Today, after putting my order in and waiting for a few minutes for a parking spot, I walk towards the store and an employee walked in front of me. He went directly to the back of the counter. I said I was here for pickup and he took a look and said the order just came through....read full review

Recently the quality of Jimmy John's delivery service has gone way down. I have ordered twice within a month both orders were over 30 mins late and both times I received the wrong food. My husband's sub was just bread cheese and cucumber. Someone needs to be checking their orders before they go out the door. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because they answered their phone.

I have came here a few times and I had nothing but the best service. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating.I had placed 2 orders but had to cancel one of them. I called them and told them I needed to cancel one of the orders since it wouldn't let me do it from the app and the person answered say no problem and was nice about it which I appreciated.One other time I put mustard by mistake on my online order and when I arrived I asked them if they already made the sandwich...read full review
