I should have known better than to order ramen from "Ken's Asian Bistro." The worst ramen we've ever had. Bland, bodiless broth. Noodles that are of the same quality you get from the dry Top Ramen packs for a quarter at Safeway. Disgusting bland vegetables. The dog nearly rejected the pork that I picked out for him, as it was inedible for humans. And now our kitchen smells disgusting. Fiancée can't even finish her ramen meal because it smells so funky. Absolutely unacceptable. I think I'm going to be sick.

Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered!Complete wast of $50!! I ordered sushi and I have to say, probably the worst I've ever had. The rice was falling off of the rolls every time I grabbed one. The spicy blue crab was riddled with shells. I forget the name of the special roll I got but it was supposed to have a scallop on top instead I got a dollop of cream cheeses. That roll smelled really bad and I love seafood. I requested extra wasabi and received the smallest piece of wasabi I've ever seen. Just ridiculous!! Also my side of spicy mayo never even showed. In all do not waste your money on this place. There are waaaaaayyyyy better sushi places in this area.

Ordered online. After an hour, called to check on the order and was told the driver was on the way. Fifteen minutes later, called to say they don't have my order and never checked the first time I called. I gave them the order number and they said they would call back. Never did call back. I had to call them and cancel my order because it was now 90 minutes later and they obviously had not started the order. At the end, after I said I would never order from Ken's again, her only response was, "do you want to order over the phone." I will never order from them again.

Food arrived an hour late was cold and noodles were hard, wontons were cold and all stuck together also had no flavor. Try call to complain but answering machine picked up restuarant was closed by the time I received food.Delivery person also had no mask on and didnt apologize. Total waste of money.

I’m usually not one to write reviews but absolutely horrendously disgusted by their food. $50 thrown in the trash. First off I ordered their Seafood Drunken Noodles, not only was the noodles a big mush but there was nothing but imitation krab. The shrimp egg rolls had no shrimp just cabbage and greasy as ever. Ordered sushi yuck I mean I’m grossed out by what I got. Like they should be ashamed of what they delivered to me. Never again!!!

Worst ramen I ever had. I ordered to go and they barely have me enough broth to cover the noodles. The broth was watery and bland. I also ordered shrimp tempura rolls. I only received 4 pieces with barley any shrimp in it. I paid $9 for that. Total waste of money from this place.

The pork was very chewy, and the broth had a somewhat disturbing smell to it. Despite this, i continued to finish the spicy miso ramen.Delivery time was on point though :)This tastes exactly like something that was refrigerated over night, reheated and served the next day. The pork and the broth did not taste fresh.I can taste the difference between this bowl, and a "Good" bowl of ramen. And this my friends is not a good bowl of ramen.

Holes in boxes, leaking oil. Soggy General Tso's & Sesame chicken. Took almost hour to deliver when was told it would be there right away. Live 5 min away.

Food tasted decent. I ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice (dinner special) and some crab rangoons. The portion of rice was lacking but they made up for it with the chicken. The veggie roll was soggy. Might have stayed better if placed in a separate bag instead of inside the container with hot food. The condensation definitely softened the roll. Two starts we're deducted for no chopsticks/plasticware and napkins and both fortune cookies were stale. There were holes in the packaging. My regular spot for Chinese food is Taste of Beijing all the way in Lorton (my old hood). Thing I'll be making the drive when I want Chinese though. Tastes a lot better and service is faster.

Terrible customer service! I wish I can give 0 rate! The young asian boy don't have respect, very very bad boy. I don't recommend for any one even for Asia. They don't have a little knowledge about how to handle customer.

We wanted some good sweet & sour chicken and lo mein, so we decided to try Ken's Asian Bistro. HUGE mistake. After patiently waiting an hour, the food arrived and we dished it out. Well, the sweet and sour chicken was hard enough to break a window, so we tried taking the bread off and found hardly any chicken in it. The sauce was also absolutely disgusting, so the sweet & sour chicken made its way to the trash. We ordered Thai tea, and it tasted old, nasty, and had way too much sugar. We wound up sharing the lo mein just to have something on our stomachs, and my wife broke a tooth on a bone in the chicken. The whole experience has been awful, and a complete waste of $40. Such a sad first experience with dining in this area.

Not happy with the customer service at all. I asked them simple question about menu but they were really rude about answering it and dude just walked away while I was still talking.

We started ordering from here when our usual sushi place was closed. It's been...ok. At best. I'm only writing this review because I felt the sushi take out has always been just ok but the last time I ordered, it was straight up bad. I got a rainbow roll, which comes with avocado if your not familiar. The roll itself would fall apart when I picked it up, which was pretty standard. This last time, the avocado was not even close to ripe. It almost had a crunch to it. I was never a huge fan but would order from here in desperation. I'll never order from this place again. Our normal sushi place, Taste of Asia, is back up and running. They're great.

Super disappointed with the ramen. Ordered the shoyu ramen with an extra seasoned egg. The broth was lackluster, the pork belly was tough and chewy, the seasoned egg was too salty, the noodles tasted like spaghetti, and the bamboo had a funny taste. Definitely will not be ordering it again. I’m actually not normally very picky or hyper critical of food, but this one really disappointed me.

Food mediocre at best...priced higher than menu posted right there on counter...charged extra $1 for fried rice w/combo...says included on menu...left out spring roll that was also to be included....won't be back!!
