Having Peruvian Brothers cater our Peruvian themed party was a one-stop-shop where we were able to get catering and service above and beyond what we were hoping for. I researched 7 different Peruvian catering services, and they were the most-reasonably priced in the DMV. Peruvian Brothers provided us with DELICIOUS and healthly-made food, had full-service super friendly staff, they made great pisco sours, they provided 2 sweet alpacas to help liven up the party, and they hooked us up with an amazing live band and beautiful traditional dance performance. It was a party we will never forget and we could not have pulled off if it wasn't for the Peruvian Brothers. Whether you're looking just a meal, a catering service or a food truck, Peruvian brothers are truly the best company you could go with - hands down. They were incredibly responsive, professional, helpful, and just all around good people... and their food was AMAZING.

We ate from the food truck and both the food and service were ??. I recommend trying the rocoto sauce.

We pre-ordered food from the food truck. Food was hot and delicious. The sauces were to die for! We will be visiting them at their location in NE DC to try more menu items. Thanks Peruvian Brothers!

This is a review of the food truck.Poor service and it wasn't very busy (3 people).Food is not particularly good and very overpriced. Chicken is like chicken cutlet, not roasted chicken. The "spinach and cheese empanada" was all spinach, no cheese. Portion size is very small for the price. The only thing that stood out were the sauces. Many cheaper and better options for the same food in DC area.

I was so livid last night. The food truck came to my apartment building for the weekly food truck event. I spent $30+. Food is NOT the same as the photo.sandwich was cold and dry. Sauce was oily. The bread was cheap white bread that was solid. The Chicken platter I mean God it looked like nursing home food. Let’s just leave it at that. Nothing Peruvian about this truck. A Complete waste of my money.

Peruvian Brothers is the worst Peruvian food ever! The only thing Peruvian about the food is their name. Everything was overcooked, poorly seasoned and reminded me of school lunches. I ordered their “Popular” chicharrón sándwich and chicken platter, with hopes of taking me back to my motherland. I was deeply disappointed. My bread, was stale! Not toasted but STALE! I had hopes that the criole sauce would soften the bread, but it was more of a thick paste than a sauce. One bite and I threw it away. The chicken platter reminded me of the thanksgiving meal you get at public school, minus the flavor.I never post reviews but this has been the worst meal I’ve ever had. And when I tried to return my meal, they had already left. Do better, Peruvian Brothers.

Had the chorizo platter with mixed greens and quinoa. Chorizo was delicious. Fresh greens.

The food is great but sometime I hate ordering from them because the staff act very slow. I would say 2/3 times my order of plantains would be missing or yucca fries. One time I order yucca fries, they put fries instead. I usually order a lot of food from them but it no excuse that there are couple of missing stuff that they forgot. They even forgot to give you their sauces unless you ask. Such a HASSLE. I would take my money to La Casita and is more attentive and they are right next to each other.

THE BEST PERUVIAN FOOD EVER!!!!!!!!! The quality is amazing and you can tell they really put their heart in every dish. You can taste the freshness with each bite. I recommend their pan con chicharron but I promise everything on their menu is incredible!

This is the best Peruvian food ever!! The pan con chicharron is incredible, and all their sides are amazing too. Do not leave without trying an empanada. And their rocoto hot sauce is to die for!! I bought so many as Christmas presents this year! 5/5 stars for these two brothers!

Peruvian Brothers is a stand at the back of La Cosecha latin american market. I tried the chicken empanada. All their empanadas are baked and wheat flour based. I loved empanada that I tried- the outside was flaky, the filling was flavorful. The menu also had sandwiches that looked very good! The only thing is that the empanada was $6 which was more expensive than all the other stands in La Cosecha.

Amazing empanada!! Perfect size for a quick meal or snack. Very friendly staff! My favorite spot after a hike or bike ride.
