Their corporate office should immediately close this location. Made a pick up order of pizza and fried shrimp. They took 40+ min to prepare them, which they said would be ready in 15-20 minutes. They made me wait for 20-25 extra minutes and kept saying would be ready in 2 minutes several times. They handed me a cold pizza and “baked” shrimp and fries because their fryer wasn’t working. That also came of dirty kitchen. Of course, no apologies.

the cleanliness of the place is not hygienic and the food is not cooked well, pizza was burnt and over cooked. A paying customer pays for good service from the employees and franchise. most likely have employees that have no paperwork and work authorization working behind the counter. anyhow needs to be checked by immigration. 1 star out of generosity.

A little disappointed but it’s my own damn fault. On the website when you order a sandwich it goes to the cart automatically, there’s an option next to “order” it says “customize” my thought was this option is to add extra things that cost more. So my cheesesteaks sub came bare and that sucked. It was okay but I just wished the website was a bit more clear. I’ll probably order in person next time. The fries were amazing though!

Why did this business manager even respond. I am not looking for anything for free. If the pizza is horrible it is horrible. I actually went to the email they provided and found a lot of signing up for rewards and placing an order at your local place. LOL LOL LOL. Half raw pizza dough and literally no meat. ZERO meat! This post was not to get you all to persuade me to order again. This post was to tell other people n to order your horrific pizza. I remember the little square pizzas on pizza Friday back in the 3rd grade that actually came out better than these pizzas. I guess they feel my review is a selling opportunity. What a bunch of........I just went online and looked at pictures of their pizza. The pictures look like actual pizza crust!!!!!!!! My pizza crust was flat and appeared to be covered in little squares stamped all across the crust, is that normal? Should I be glad I'm not sick because now I'm wondering if it was even cooked properly. Now that I look at the pictures, nothing even looks similar to what was delivered.But thank you business manager...... I will go to your website where it prompts me to sign up for rewards.Stand by. Trash pick up has not happened so my wife and I are going to see if we can dig out the pizza, which was put in freezer bags originally for saving, and take pictures to post.
