If I could give 0 stars, I would. I just came to pick up my order (which the site says is ready) and the store is closed. I have called the store twice and got a recording machine, rather than a real person. I've been charged to my credit card for something that I am not even able to pick up. I have pictures of the closed store (which online says that it is open till midnight). Awful!

Consistently missing items from orders. The food is bomb. Some of the best pizza in Alexandria but they have a hard time fulfilling entire orders.

Not only the pizza was fantastic. The customer service was second to none. They accidentally made one of our three pizzas with the wrong crust and immediately called it out on their own and at no fuss made a new on the spot. They even gave the wrong pizza free of charge to us. This was one of our late night meals and close to closing; yet they made our order perfect. Wished they had one in Texas!

I liked the options and toppings available; some were very unique! The pizza also tasted very good. The cheese seemed fresh as advertised and the crust was light and crisp. The only drawback from my perspective was the service. As a first timer who asks "What's good here?", I don't expect to hear that they don't eat there and can't give any recommendations. Also getting a blank look and blathering speech when you ask what the restaurant is known for...kind of a turn-off.

Ordered from Toppers for the first time. Pizza toppings are plenty, cheese is fine, but the dough was definitely undercooked and raw under the sauce. Won't be returning. The place was totally chaotic.

I have never, not once, seen such a chaotic mess of a place. Seven employees with their friends and family just hanging around, running around like headless chickens and no idea of their roles or responsibilities and a manager that clearly isnt listened to. Ordered online, tracker said it was ready, was forced to wait another 20min+ in the store..only to find my order was messed up and the cheese curds ice cold. Watched as they mixed up orders, threw away mistakes, and mess up pizzas. Hilarious joke. I'll certainly never go back. If I were you, the franchisee, I'd consider a different business.

I thought I would give this place a try, since it was open after 10 on a Monday. I ordered in advance for a 10pm curbside pickup. Arrived and called at 10:01. It's now 10:23 and no one has brought out my order. Unacceptable. It's not even like they have many customers now. I see employees doing nothing. Didn't get my order without a second phone call at 10:30pm

Not so great...their boneless wings were pretty dry, but their cheese pieces were yummy. Haven't yet tried the pizza, but it did smell good inside!

I was in the mood for pizza and chose Toppers based on the positive reviews I saw on Door Dash as I was scrolling. There seemed to be many options and I was excited to try the vegan buffalo chicken-less pizza and the beer battered cheese curds. I also ordered ranch, garlic, and garlic Parmesan dipping sauces. There was definitely a lot in quantity and I felt like there were plenty of toppings on the pizza. I really enjoyed the curds with the garlic dipping sauce. The vegan meat was a pretty good replica. Eating just one slice of this pizza kind of made me feel overly stuffed for sure. If you really love the flavors they offer it might be worth a try but I probably wouldn't go again.
Quality of food is 2.5 star, but the workers get a 5. Very polite and helpful. It's your regular chain pizza, nothing special but curbs the hunger and pizza craving.

I am very disgusted with this establishment. I came in to get a pizza until I seen one of the workers rolling the dough with her hands no gloves on or anything. Please make sure your employees wears gloves very unsanitary especially with everything going on in this world

I just had the worst experience I just onder online 21 wings buffalo 21 with garlic and meat pizza and 4 sauce 2 ranch and tow chipotle my total was 78.07 I pay cash with 100 dollars keep the change I honestly I thought everything was good but I noticed there was no sauce and Buffalo wings were dry i call the driver multiple times no answer and call the store I believe was bob answer told me he was going to send the driver again he didn't ask for my information very rude hang out the phone it was my worst Experience if you expending 100 bucks go Somewhere else

10 out of 10! Would recommend as a top pizza joint to everyone! The man who took our order, Rayvon, is awesome. He was very patient as we tried to figure out what to get, and even gave suggestions! This was our first time there, and definitely plan to come back!

Not good! First off, we ordered the nacho topper sticks... They had no nacho cheese. Then we got a pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeno pizza which had a few jalapenos and was mediocre at best. We used to love Toppers but the past 3 visits have been total let downs and I am not sure we will be back
