I have been twice both times around 11:20 am. I walk in no hello Good morning nothing. The second time the lady put a dab of everything I asked for so I had to tell her add a little more and she made a face , that's not good service at all. This is close to me but I will stop coming don't deserve that and I'm paying. Plus the cut vegetables green peppers and onions were to big!!!

Very disappointed with this location. Order a simple steak bowl and had no steak. I requested a little more and I said I would pay xtra and still got just a few more. There was only tall lady that gave me such bad attitude. And kept rolling her eyes at everything I said. Very disappointed.

Bad attention. They treated me very badly, they served me the food very badly, there is no good service today I went and it was the worst I was discriminated against I spoke to the manager to tell them about what happened and they also treated me very badly every time they see that I am going to buy they start to laugh demi I will never go to that place again, bad service and the food is not the same

My burrito arrived soaking wet and freezing, like someone had taken one out of the fridge and put in my bag. Otherwise I have no idea how it could have gotten so cold in the 5 minute ride to my house. Also, my chicken burrito was missing the chicken. Will likely not order delivery from this location again.

Food was good but the line member and cashiers were acting tough for no reason and were tossing the tortillas , forks, and cups everywhere. It also took a while to get attended, it seemed like the crew was mad at each other lol

TLDR: Far, far too much salt in this location's foodI'm not a huge fan of salty foods, but I am a huge fan of Chipotle. I wish they would put less salt in their, but it's really not too noticeable in the food most of the time. The bowl I got from this location, on the other hand was truly unbelievable. I mean I could have drank a gallon of ocean water and gotten less salt. After few bites I had to throw away the rest of the bowl, it was just too salty. I truly believe that what happened here was someone making the rice was adding the salt, and the lid to the salt shaker popped off and dumped everything into the rice and they just said "Oh well" and served it to people. There are lots of Chipotle locations in Arlington, don't go to this one.
