This is for the 1201 Wilson Blvd location.I got to the counter and ordered a coffee and a sandwich. I got the coffee but the server did not prepare my sandwich. Preparing a sandwich here means they grab the sandwich, open the plastic container it is in, put the sandwich in the oven, and press a button. She didn't do that, but proceeded to take orders from other customers for 15 minutes. So I asked the other person working there about my sandwich and he said it would be coming out soon. I said no one has even put it in the oven yet. I know they're busy but my order is part of the business of the morning, so she should have put it in the oven when i ordered it. He said it would be out soon. I watched for five minutes as they continued to not prepare the sandwich. I've been waiting for over twenty minutes at this point and so I just left. I don't know what their problem was. There was no legit reason to not handle my order at the time I put it in. I feel like the woman behind the counter had to have made a conscious decision to not prepare my order. There were no sandwich orders in line before mine holding mine up, and while I was waiting no one else had ordered a sandwich, so there was no mix-up with the order of things, either. Truly baffling.I don't think I'll go back any more. There are several good alternatives conveniently near by. Bourbon Coffee for one, which is where I'll go from now on.

Ordered a flat white. Got a bucket of warm milk with a vague coffee aroma that might pass as a latte. Idk why places call a drink a flat white if they’re going to serve something so enormous? Food was ok, not much interaction from staff.

The coffee is always delicious and we can usually find a place to sit. I’ve met multiple clients for coffee here. Usually just 1 client at a time but I’ve had a group of up to 4 people and we made it work…depending on the time of day.

Compass Coffee has a very good atmosphere, and the workers seem nice and the ambience and interior architecture are really good. Couple minor things: the offerings could be a little bit more flavorful. We ordered a Nutella mocha latte, but very little hint of sweetness and Nutella taste. Same could be said for maple-flavored cold brew. I didn’t taste any maple at all in it. As a cold brew, it was good, but I expected it to have more of a sweeter maple syrup type taste. But the biggest problem we had is that you cannot pay for your order in the app. It’s ridiculous that I loaded money on the app, and when it came time to pay for it, I couldn’t just scan my phone and have that money deducted. Fixing that will make it a more seamless experience and a bit more flavor in the specialty drinks will also go along way to making this five star coffee shop.
My first time here, I got the chai latte and it was really good! My wife comes here whenever she’s in town and she loves it here! Whenever we’re back in town no doubt we’ll come back here for a good cup of coffee!
