Nice kid at the window but you can tell the manager just throws anyone who shows up to work at the drive-through. They’re unfamiliar with the menu (just ordered a croissandwich meal), no price, no receipt, no hash browns with the meal…$9.88 for a croissandwich and regular black coffee. Croissandwich was good.

Absolutely awful. I ordered a hot chocolate. Not sure if the machine was broken or what but what they gave me was watered down Swiss miss. On top of that, the drive thru is painful. You wait at least 15 minutes even if there are 2 cars in front of you. I've given them many tries but will never return to this DD again.

First off by letting me saying the hot chocolate was the worst I've ever had the double chocolate donut was as hard as a rock and the Boston cream was small with very little filling inflation has gone up service quality and food have gone way down I will not be going to the Dunkin' Donuts

Guys, you have to add sugar to coffee/tea BEFORE you add the ice. It won't dissolve in a cold drink, and a mouthful of sugar isn't what I want when I drink my sweet tea/coffee.The service was fine though. Lady at the window was sweet.

They have the worst customer service . You're waiting for 10 minutes before anyone comes and takes your order . Nobody in the building wears any gloves while making food or drinks. I’m absolutely disgusted by every person that works at this location. It’s the same service no matter the time or day. Everyone that works here needs to lose their job, I’ll be contacting HR after I post this review.

I literally drove through the drive thru. UNBELIEVABLE. Attitude and service is important for a successful business. Clearly the young lady at the drive thru didn't want to work and her negative mood showed it. I will never go there again.
